That was a great stay in the hotel! People working here are professionals from the entrance to the reception to the room cleaning service! We could even leave your children in kids club and have time for yourself for hours without worrying about kids! Thank you very much for being wonderful part of our amazing vacation!

It was only when someone who appeared to be a local made a request that all four desks opened. I'm not sure if it's a temporary offer, but the hotel provided theme park tickets, which was a nice surprise

I stayed here for my trip to Abu Dhabi because of Musical. Hotel has a beautiful bright lobby and long stairs. I was happy to stay at newly renovated bright room with everything I needed for a short stay

They don’t add all items so you can call and ask for it. Main disadvantage in the room - sound from the street. We woke up near 5 pm because of prayers in the mosque

Breakfast/meals were excellent with a wide spread and facilities like the gym were spacious and well maintained

The rooms are smoking/non-smoking and I wish if the rooms were non-smoking to be that as you can smell the smoke being covered up

Across the street is the beachfront with water fountains and regular fountains, perfect for enjoying the view or going for a run. Just a few kilometers down the coast from the hotel, there's a free beach

This hotel is the tallest building around, so if you get a high-floor room, the view should be great. However, it seems that the glass exterior walls aren't particularly clean, possibly due to dust

Attended a conference this weekend. Valet parking was available not only for hotel guests and the staff taking the cars were really nice and welcoming and had very good customer service skills

The taxis here are very cheap and it’s roughly only £5-6 to get to Yas island, we went off on trips several days. The wonderful Keshila on the front desk let us check in early when we arrived and upgraded our room…

We often got a lovely surprise of a lovely little towel animal and a chocolate on our beds, which was a real treat. We also had fresh towels everyday. So much choice and cooked so well

They always made sure we had everything we needed, like water bottles, fresh towels, or tea cups. On top of that, they were incredibly kind, always smiling and very respectful

The restaurants in the resort were a disappointment in terms of options and quality of ingredients; I'd recommend popping over to the other hotels near-by. I don't think it's worth another visit during high season

It’s a great place to stay, great buffet breakfast (very busy at weekends), decent pool, private beach and plenty of restaurants and bars - it’s also central in Tourist Club area (Al Zahiya) so Abu Dhabi Mall is a few minutes walk and Galleria Mall about 10 minutes

There are two pools, including a dedicated kids pool with a play area, and the highlight was definitely the private beach. They even provided complimentry birthday cake for us, which made our stay extra memorable

I was staying during the Christmas, so it was a bit crowdy, including the breakfast and parking. But it was not a big deal, as they were providing free valet parking if you didn't find a spot on the regular hotel parking

Not close to the city while close to the project site. Here u can find mall to get food, supermarket etc etc. the reception people is very nice.

Please consider that it's pretty far away from Dubai - it will take you at least 30 minutes by car to reach any place in Dubai

This property is a stand alone building, but has all amenities, swimming pool ( 2 - kids & Adults) Jacuzzi & Sauna ( ladies & Men Separate) Rooms are decent sized , clean, beds are comfortable, washrooms are clean with all toiletries supplies

Only thing was dirty carpets which was bothering ( which needs replacement- dirty stains ) Fujairah mall is connected from level 1. Free parking is available outside hotel

The service was very detailed. When I took a shower and went to eat, the room was cleaned and the towels were folded again. There are only two restaurants on the island

The food was bad. There's a nightclub and a market under the hotel, it doesn't feel like a Ramada at all. Getting in and out of the parking lot is difficult.

You can easily get to places like the Dubai Mall, Gold Souk, and Dubai International Airport from here. However, the facilities are quite old, but that's acceptable to me

Good Location, price is relatively more compare to the amenities offered.  The hotel was packed with groups of guest and the breakfast room was crowded and noisy

Most breakfast items were suitable for South Indian guests. The management may consider bringing variations in the breakfast for the other international guest

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and restaurants

The facilities are a bit dated, but the front desk and restaurant staff were very warm and welcoming. The hotel has a pool, and it's a short walk to the Carrefour supermarket if you need to pick up any daily essentials.
