This is an older hotel. Everyone, try to book the Royal Atlantis if you can. The waterparks for both hotels are connected. If you plan to have the buffet, book early as reservations fill up quickly.

Upon arrival, we upgraded to a Palm Island view room. The staff were very attentive. Although our room on the 4th floor was a bit low, it was fine. Our child was thrilled to see the pool. Compared to Atlantis Sanya, this place is a completely different beast. The service is miles apart, and the whole concept is totally different. There are many activities, and it's very beautiful with great facilities. However, we had to call to request kids' toiletries and bathrobes. They should really be provided automatically, especially since they already have our check-in information.

We specifically booked the Royal Club for the water park. The room wasn't particularly large, but thankfully, we spent almost all our time playing when we weren't sleeping. For a price of over 20,000 RMB, I think this experience is very bad. The hotel itself is no different from all high-end resort hotels.
