Located: on the Gulf coast, not far from the center of RAS al Khaimah. Not far away is the water Park "IсeLandWaterPark". 45 km from the airport of Cartoons and 100 km from the airport Dubai.
Consists of one 5-storey building.

Beach: own sandy beach in 50 m from hotel (1st coastal line). The length of the beach – 800 m. beach umbrellas, chairs, towels: free of charge. Pool towels, umbrellas, deckchairs: free of charge.

The rooms fall far below a 4-star standard, both in quality and comfort. Noise insulation is non-existent, you’ll hear blaring beach music until around 10:30 PM, followed by the constant hum of outdoor AC units. I was told I’d been given one of the “good” rooms, yet it hardly reflected that claim.
Service-wise, the pool bar seems perpetually understaffed, often with a single person handling all orders. Cocktails took anywhere between 10 to 30 minutes to arrive, they’re missing ingredients and preparing the drinks elsewhere.
Another major issue ,this hotel is listed on the Emirates Platinum app, which clearly states members get discounts on food and beverages (including alcohol). When I asked to apply it, the staff had no idea about it and made no effort to check, even after I showed them the listing. I ended up paying full price. If you’re going to advertise a partnership, honor it!
In short, friendly staff and a nice beach can’t make up for poor infrastructure, noise issues, and untrained service. Definitely not worth the 4-star label or the rate they charge.
