Service in the room and in all restaurants and lounges was outstanding. Pradeep made the most adorable towel animals each day for the kids and they were always excited to his creations

Very nice hotel - large rooms with nice big bathtub. Traffic around the hotel is pretty awful.

Great staycation with family and excellent service from Tonie and Mutthu, Breakfast was good as well they have several dining options, We had dinner at their italian restaurance Sapore which was very good.

We had amazing 10 days here! Beautiful and clean territory, tidy and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and delicious food! Animation programs were fun and not annoying - we loved aqua gym, stretching, and the fireshow! Special thanks to all cooks and staff at Views Brasserie - the breakfasts and dinners were fantastic! Overall, it's a perfect place to stay for a vacation!

It’s a family resort but it’s a beautiful place for singles too. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Great breakfast, great facilities overall

Great location, also great service, but the dinner buffet disappoint me, price not cheap, The seating was outdoors, the wind was strong and the weather was cold, the food was average and you had to wait because there weren't enough seats, im not sure I'll back again, but nice experience

I've stayed for 2weeks. It was great time. All staff is very friendly and kind. The Lobby, all facilities and restaurants is great. Room is ALWAYS Clean but little bit old style.

The reason for considering this hotel a 4 star hotel rather than a 5 star hotel is the following: - Buffet restaurants (both the IM in Beach Hotels as well as the 81 in Lake View) are serving almost the same food for the whole two weeks

So many peacocks on the hotel grounds, it's beautiful! There are also plenty of pools and lots of activities by the ocean. The breakfast is great too. Definitely worth a stay.

When checking in, the front desk staff told us which restaurants we could choose from, where breakfast was served, the times for everything, and the pool opening hours

I liked the room with a terrace and a sea view, I liked the food (we were in several restaurants of the complex), the child liked the children's playroom and Splash park. The sea, the beach, the pools are amazing

Everything is good, except the Room with inside view is not bright enough. The light on the ceiling should be in the middle.

The bed was so hard we both couldn’t sleep , the hotel itself is nice but if you’re not getting a good sleep what is the point of your stay ? The pool area and the gym were descent

Great location and very comfortable experience. Parking is a little tricky while entering but good spacing and guests have priority.

The studio we got was okay, but I didn't like how they designed the washrooms because the washroom didn't have proper privacy and the sliding door in our studio was unlockable

The studio was also a bit smaller compared to the other hotels nearby. Overall the experience was good

The staff are so kind, friendly and helpful and I do highly recommend this restaurant to everyone comes to Ajman. I ordered lamb chops and it was delicious and their sea food pasta it’s so fresh and I loved it

I really liked staying at C-Centers. The service here is very good. The staff there is very helpful. I will especially recommend Abdul Qadeer. He has helped a lot and has been a great guide. We also have a Shakeel driver

We also enjoyed the spa the following day, which was relaxing and well worth it. We stayed for two weeks and truly felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. We will definitely be coming back again

Exceptional hotel in all aspects. It's pretty new and the hospitality is great. We got upgraded to a superior studio which was great and had amazing views and great sunrise

5/5 – Exceptional Stay at Al Rotana Creek Hotel I had an amazing stay at Al Rotana Creek Hotel Room 313. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding

As a single parent, there was a safe section for kids to play while I was swimming which is a blessing not worrying about them while relaxing

We liked the Chef Miran fish restaurant. The fish is excellent, and you can choose which fish to cook. The prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent

I don't recommend the Shalta restaurant, which is just to the right of the entrance. The barker, Roma, speaks good Russian, is very smiling, and introduces himself as the owner

There's an excellent fitness center with exercise machines, table tennis, and a good sauna with a relaxation area. There's also a bowling alley, and the prices are reasonable

The food in the hotel restaurants and bars is delicious, but expensive. Across the street from the hotel entrance, there's a food court-type restaurant located on the canal bank. It offers a wide selection of restaurants

The service was very attentive. The location is convenient. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I liked the hotel.

We were disappointed a little bit about drinking water bottles in our room that they can provide only one big water bottle per day and we had to call again and again to accept provided us some water!! Other than that, the pool was fantastic and the beach

Ordered a sea food plate for lunch with two non alcoholic beverages just to get a stale, tasteless pile of mediocre food! Paid 285 aed for it( Just to compare, for the same money we had an amazing food experience in steik restaurant in umbrella beach, with wagyu beef tartar, chicken souvlaki and two salads, sides and drinks! - There is no place to enjoy evening entertainment

Environment: Located at the very end of Palm Jumeirah, with a view of the 7-star Burj Al Arab hotel across the way. There's also a beach and a swimming pool, which is fantastic
