I chose this hotel for a 2-day stay, and upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by how sweet the reception staff were. Even though they didn’t speak English, they were always smiling and helpful. The breakfast attendant was also incredibly kind and attentive—a big star for her, as she managed to take care of so many people, including children, at the same time.

However, what scared and disappointed me was the security. At 11:30 pm on a Saturday, someone was desperately knocking on my door. As two women traveling together, my friend and I woke up very stressed and chose not to answer. Additionally, the only phone to contact reception was located in the bathroom, and the door lacked a peephole for us to check who was outside.

Another issue was the bar being closed. After enjoying the amazing pool and sauna provided by the hotel, we were looking forward to relaxing with a drink at the bar. Unfortunately, despite being advertised on the website, the bar was not yet open and would only open in the following days. It would have been appreciated if we were informed about this beforehand, as we returned to the hotel early, expecting to enjoy drinks at the bar.

In summary, while the staff is truly amazing, there are significant areas for improvement in terms of security and better communication about the hotel’s amenities.

Great balanced hotel. Friendly and professional staff. The excellent location of the hotel captivates. Quality is thought out to the smallest detail. After an intense skiing, a wonderful relaxation in the spa overlooking the snow-covered slopes. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

Small cozy hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The spa and bar are small, but the hotel is also small, there is enough for all the guests. On the one hand, an elevator is needed, but on the other hand, the hotel is so small that the elevator will make a lot of noise and interfere with your rest. Sound insulation is excellent. Great ski room. Everything is very thought out and compact.

Was really a pleasure staying at chevalier hotel, my apartment was really nice and clean it was so luxury that I felt like I'm staying in a 5 ⭐ hotel, the staff were really worm and walcomeing, they went out of their way to help in whichever way possible, they washed my clothes, help me out with attractions where to go, arranged the car service, and they also have an awesome spa and pool with a jacuzzi, I'll be missing this place, and kudos to the amazing staff who made me feel like I'm at my mom's home, the care and compaction is amazing!!!

Wow wow I'm amazed how good this hotal was I was here for 3 days in they gave the best service ever, I never had such a good experience, the costumer service is the best in very friendly they help me with everything what I need, they wash my clothes, they help us with attractions where to go, they are amazing amazing 👏 thanks for the service !!!!!
