They stay was all good until one of the waiters in the restaurant(his name Roman) started to make in appropriate comments to my woman. We have tried to make a complaint but haven’t heard anything back. Maybe this will prompt you to get back to us. Have asked for managers details numerous times and haven’t received. So if the manager is reading this please get back to me with your details. This ruined our trip and is highly unprofessional for the price we paid!!!!!

Location of the hotel is great, only 50 mt to ski lift and ski rental room. Room size more than enought and balkony with great wiev.

Hotel provides you private warm ski store for your ski equipments.

Cleanless of the room was great an hygienic. Spa also very clean.

From first day to last day of our stay was great service at the reception. Especially Elena from reception is very friendly, helpfull. She welcome us early in the morning with very positive manner. She can speak very good english.

Breakfast service in the restaurant needs to be improve. Foods was good.

The worst hotel ever I checked in 29 July and checked out at the same day and same time because I didn't like the room so the receptionist girl didn't liked my opinion, then I booked another room in another hotel but ganz hotel don't want to give me my money back since that day! And I'm upset as hell!!!!!!
