this hotel has nothing to do with what you see on the presentations. Terrible soundproofing in the rooms. Cheep and therefore terrible quality furnitures, uncomfortably beds that creak terribly. The size of hotel rooms is below standards, but enough to crawl into bad. The unfriendly staff can afford to enter the room any moment without knocking, without warning, without apology, and a lecture about how your staying inside disrupting their cleaning plans.

I guess, after visiting the restaurant for the first time, you will most likely look for other places to dine. Lack of ventilation, excessive smells, primitive greasy food.

If you think that some of this disadvantages of this unworthy place can be compensated by a relaxing time in the good SPA, then don't be fooled. The concentration of chlorine in water and air is above all imaginary and real sanitary norms. You can loose you skin and eyes there in minutes, it is like dive into the concentration acid.

Let's hope that competition in local business will yield results sooner or later. This kind of places must either change or leave the market

No air condition although Booking.com said there are Air condition!!!!! It was hot in July but I survived the heat ,,,, I don’t recommend the area at all during summer as many hotels are without air conditioning or fan at least!!
The hotel it self is good except the fact that no AC was there
There were construction work but I stayed during weekend luckily no noise was there!

If I would be able to give 0 stars i would do that! The WORST hotel ever, dirty, they charge to use towels!!! Is that normal??!! NO AIR CONDITION IN THE HOT SUMNER! Extremely rood disgusting service! You say the rest... ☹️☹️☹️👎👎👎

no air contidion..... they charged us 200 grivna for every towel even if it was not dirty and the reception put the money in her wallet on in the cash register
