We came here to relax with friends and were delighted. The hotel was renovated, and it is immediately clear that no money and effort was spared. Beautiful well maintained rooms. Everywhere is clean and tidy. The interior of the hotel is very beautiful, a large hall with comfortable sofas and a stove (fireplace) in the center. In the evening it is very comfortable to sit) Staff, wonderful guys (young, energetic, always smiling and always helping with any question) !!
Special respect to the chef and the kitchen! For delicious dishes with an unrealistic serving, in beautiful dishes! Here 5++! And in the evenings in the local Kolyba, they make delicious Pizza!)
And I also note that there is an excellent Spa complex. With the most beautiful baths and vats with a cool view!

Good hotel with great staff. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights as part of a small group. We rented 5 rooms. Everyone was satisfied. We'll come again. The rooms are not big. But cozy and clean. Cleaned every three days, but you can ask and clean additionally. Bathroom is clean. Shower - shower cabin. The linen is new and fresh.
Good mattresses and pillows. Very warm. In principle, you can walk around the hotel in a T-shirt in cold weather in January.
The room rate includes breakfast. The breakfasts were amazing. Assortment and restaurant falling on a solid five.
It should be noted that the restaurant at the hotel is very worthy. We ate fish, meat, bograch, everyone was satisfied.
Very pleasant atmosphere in the lobby in the evening when the fireplace is lit.
Cons: creaky floors. The hotel is wooden and the soundproofing is very poor. More precisely, it is not. We heard everything going on in the room upstairs. This is a minus.
Location - the hotel is not right next to the ski lift. From the hotel to the ski lift CHAYKA is about 300 meters. We were satisfied with the location. But for those who want to ski and immediately from the hotel on the mountain, this is not your option.
Separately, I want to note the service and staff. Thanks guys! Our company was not a gift, with children and certain nuances, and everyone noted the excellent service (Katerina and Lisa) in the restaurant and the girls at the reception. It's five plus.
PS: the hotel has Kalyba. She starts working at 8 pm and her task is to pick up noisy guests. Went there a couple of times. At the disco)) trotted))

It feels like the entire staff has one goal - to bring pleasure to all visitors. Thank you to everyone, starting from the hotel manager, administrator, restaurant director, bartenders, who give us this fairy tale. I definitely recommend it.
