Pretty, cozy, staff is very supportive and lovely. There is a free transfer to Bukovel if 5 or more people want to go. You should ask the receptionist to put you on the list. Breakfasts are included. We were there off season for three nights for business and enjoyed the facilities. The food was local, but a step above what I have had in other places in the FSU, and very good service. Our rooms were deluxe and nicely remodeled. The television was small and older and only local selections. Did not try the restaurant. We stayed here in June. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, good location. Not to happy that there was an additional fee of 150 UAH an hour swimming pool fee. But it's ok because the swimming pool was heated and very comfortable. Also there is a great sauna for extra money. We did enjoy it! In general, we are satisfied.

Great place, lovely outdoor pool + indoor spa. Staff were charmingly patient with my attempts to speak Ukrainian. Nice location, just far enough from town but not so far you're out in the boonies.
