Friendly and great staff! Very accommodating and overall nice place. Had wasps in our room so had to move to another room and staff was nice about it. Great service and a nice restaurant and place to stay. Was greeted warmly. We stopped for salad and pizza in the restaurant one afternoon and it was great, pizza was huge! In a nice location, next ti the road but no directly on it. Highly recommended

Amazing place near the slopes. Has a large parking so even if it gets crowded you have a place to leave your car. Really hot and cozy in the rooms. We stayed at the last floor, the attic and the views over the bukovel 🎿 area were great! Recommend!

Pretty not bad. The food is tasty, the rooms are standard, comfortable. There are 2 significant minuses: 1) Red water; 2) Not all rooms catches WiFi. Although the latter is not deadly. The descents are not very far away. During the week of movement from the room to the 7th lift, we spent 20 liters of diesel 🤔

The house is well maintained and clean. The hosts are pleasant, they explained everything, showed, helped with the fireplace and barbecue. Loved the big bathroom. The only negative was the tap water, which stank, most likely from old pipes. And so the vacation went with a bang, thank you.

We had a corporate party at the villa in June 2018. Everyone was completely delighted, large spacious rooms, the beds could be moved apart, a very cool kitchen with household appliances, a fireplace room deserves special mention, it was very large for us there, it was very comfortable. Good location, near the main road and 1km from 1st parking. We got really nice and clean room for 3 persons. It was warm in the room and the temperature can be controlled. There is a place where you can dry ski equipment. I didn't like cafe. It was a bit expensive and not tasty. No elevator. There was a sauna. But you can't use broom and it was dirty.

Some issues with wifi. Nice staff. The sauna was payable but form the begging thay said it's not. Good food in local restaurant and pleasant vallet who help to park your car.

Hotel has a spa which is fantastic. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. They include bath robes so you can go straight from the room to the spa downstairs :) The restaurant is very reasonably priced and has good beer and great pizza. Staff were nice. Great location (can be tricky to get there if snowing as its on the very steep hill)! Food was great, you can hire a ski / snowboards here also.

Customer service is very poor. No isolation , you can hear what people do next room. No kettle in the room, likely we visited in the winter time so we kept milk and food in the balcony. No conditioner, very hot in room i have to turn off a radiator. Not far from shop and R1

Rested in this hotel from 04.12 to 08.12.25 with children. Special thanks for the breakfasts. Serving, taste - everything is at its best. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The room is warm, clean and always with light (there is a generator). If you are planning an active vacation - and a hotel for rest on comfortable beds and always with warm water - this is the best option.

The apartment was normal. Maybe that's all what I can say good about this place. Sauna and vat didn't bring me enough relax as I expected. The begin of vacation started from problems with check in. In general, journey was repaired by my friends and Carpathians. So if you have good company for traveling, you can stay at that place but only with this conditions.

Cheap adequate hotel in 10km from Bukovel

Arrived only for one night but would like more! There is nothing to do in the city but on the road in this house and in the yard you can relax. The hosts are very nice people😍 Breakfast is included in the amount of accommodation plus you can arrange for dinner!

Wonderful and helpful host. This adds another plus to this place. The hotel is away from the road i.e. there is silence. The hotel itself looks amazing inside, everything is neat, thoughtful, clean. The room includes a large double bed, single bed, balcony, bathroom, cabinet. The area is nearby, also clean. There is a swing, a sauna, a grill area.
