Villa VLAD in Bukovel

We went there for new years eve for two nights. The price is almost the same as in the resort center, but the services are very low. The food was bad, neither of us couldnt eat anything, still they charged us for it, and when we tried to tell them the food is horrible, they pretended they did not understand us. We tried the sauna, wich is extremely hot, we didn't enter the pool because the water was dirty. I would't recomend this place to anyone and for sure it was the last time for me.

Terrible brakfest. Basic comfort features. Cheap. Stuff does not seem to like their job and sometimes are trying to cheat on you - do not postpone payments to later time - they might add something extra!

Be careful, the pictures of the Deluxe rooms on the website do not correspond to the real room in this hotel!!!

Ordered on the evening in the sauna for 3 hours x 250 UAH = UAH 750. Gave two very well-worn towels, and... everything!. The sauna was not even where to pour the water (which had to carry). Not a single Cup or cups! Not to mention the fact that no sheets, no Slippers, no normal towels, nothing. Went once to warm up, thought about the Minibar though water or even a glass is, open - empty. Had steamed to go to the front Desk where looked at me like what else do you want, why are you doing this with hatred in his eyes foisted two glasses and Slippers (no sheets). I say no thank you, then return the money. In reply the owner in broken Russian he began to be rude to me and poke, I said that yesterday I moved the time because "You vchera drunk story..." (and in fact, the wife fell asleep and had to ask to be moved), and said that the utensils, tea and bath in the sauna is a luxury and you do want glasses they gave you, all the money will not refund... do NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL WITH ITS HOZYAIVAMI
