Service is very shi**.
I stayed for 2 nights but it was such a challenge to stand their soundproofing, their towels with yellow spots like someone took a p... on them. It wasn't clean in the bathroom, with no bathrobes and no slippers. Stuff was very small, they weren't able to do their service in time as it was about 3 waiters, 'cause owners decided to save their money on stuff even in high season.|
We waited for an awful breakfast for such a long period of time. And such a surprise: it was prepared in advance and put in the fridge. Imagine you're hungry and all you deserve it's eating eggs heated before in the microwave.
SPA zone it's something about inhaling chlorine and crying because of that. I acquired an allergy to my eyes.

We stayed for two nights. Didn't get the reserved rooms, also would like to admit that the service is very poor. We have made a prepayment for the bathrobe but didn't get it.
Hotel has a spa which is fantastic. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. They include bath robes so you can go straight from the room to the spa downstairs :)
The restaurant is very reasonably priced and has good beer and great pizza. Staff were nice. Room had a brilliant view of the mountains and was very luxurious. It was also helpful when they let us leave our bags at reception after checkout.
One thing to consider is the hotel is up a steep hill which you'll have to walk. Bit tiring after a day of skiing but its manageable

Great location (can be tricky to get there if snowing as its on the very steep hill)! Food was great, you can hire a ski / snowboards here also.
Worst food ever, hair and worms in food. High on a hill, difficulties to get there. Rooms are simple, blood spots on sheets.

Visited Monysto six years ago for the first time.
My only real gripe back then was slow WiFi.
I'm very pleased that they improved that and didn't spoil the other things that I liked. Even improved on many others.
The pizza is great and they make it in front of your eyes if you pick the right spot.
The personnel is friendly. The place is clean and very pleasant. The location is nice. The prices are reasonable.

Good little italian eatery. Many arab tourists frequent the place as pizza and pastas are customized for those looking for meat free, halal friendly options. The staff is aware of muslim food regulations and are respectful and understanding. The pizzas and pastas were all very good. Recommend 👌

Very nice place to stay. Easy short walk distance to lift #1.
Hotel itself has a nice rooms, is very clean with modern facilities. They even have underfloor heating in the bathroom.
Breakfast included in the cost is served in their pizzeria on ground floor. Good potions and very tasty. Pizzeria itself is a good place for dinner if you don’t want to go anywhere after intensive ski day, though there are couple of local restaurants and cafes nearby and small souvenirs and grocery shops.
