The hotel is located in a picturesque place, away from the noise, with beautiful views of the Carpathian slopes. The rooms are spacious, clean and cozy, with wooden decoration, which creates a warm homely atmosphere. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay is thought out to the smallest detail: comfortable beds, warm water, clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to help or advise interesting places nearby. The territory is well-groomed, there are areas for relaxation and the opportunity to enjoy the silence and nature.

There is no electricity, no water, no cameras throughout the house, you can't go to the toilet, they ask for 350 UAH per hour for a generator and it only provides lighting, no water, no stove, no horror.

We had a weekend break. The place is simply incredible. The cottage is in a great location, and the views are unbeatable, beyond words!!!! Clean, tidy, spacious rooms, everything is in order. I advise everyone to come here for a vacation!!!!!! I recommend

We stayed in February 2025. We loved everything. The climb was a bit steep, but luckily the road was always cleared, so we had no trouble getting up. The house itself was very large and clean.

Hello everyone!
We stayed with a group in mid-February.
We loved everything!
The rooms are spacious, and the hall is perfect for a wedding.
There's a large gazebo with a barbecue.
Gorgeous mountain views.
The staff is helpful. Any questions are answered without any problem.
Nearby (just down the street) there's a hot tub, a sauna, and ski and snowboard equipment rentals.
I would definitely come back again!

Rested well. Bathroom on each floor, not in the room. But if you go with a large family, that's fine. From the balcony a beautiful view. The rooms are clean. The kitchen is comfortable. Everything worked. We were in June but it was cold. Asked to turn on the heat in the house, we went to meet. I liked everything.
Several houses pass and there is a tub with a bath. Overlooking Hoverla. They also took milk there.

Pretty not bad. The food is tasty, the rooms are standard, comfortable. There are 2 significant minuses: 1) Red water; 2) Not all rooms catches WiFi. Although the latter is not deadly. The descents are not very far away. During the week of movement from the room to the 7th lift, we spent 20 liters of diesel 🤔

The house is well maintained and clean. The hosts are pleasant, they explained everything, showed, helped with the fireplace and barbecue. Loved the big bathroom. The only negative was the tap water, which stank, most likely from old pipes. And so the vacation went with a bang, thank you.

We really liked Villa Pansky Kut! Spacious, clean rooms with great views from the balconies! It is very convenient to relax with a large company, as well as with children. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, utensils, has a common space with the living room - which is very convenient. Properly organized storage space for ski equipment. Our group of 12 adults and 7 children had a great time! We will definitely come again! Keep it up!

We had a corporate party at the villa in June 2018. Everyone was completely delighted, large spacious rooms, the beds could be moved apart, a very cool kitchen with household appliances, a fireplace room deserves special mention, it was very large for us there, it was very comfortable. Wonderful view from the road
