There is no air conditioner. Elevator. The rooms are very small

Customer service is very poor.
No isolation , you can hear what people do next room.
No kettle in the room, likely we visited in the winter time so we kept milk and food in the balcony.
No conditioner, very hot in room i have to turn off a radiator.
