It should be noted right away that getting to the location is problematic. It is also important to understand that the owners live in one of the houses that are rented out, because of this you need to be prepared that any of your actions will be under control.

Regarding the positive aspects, it is worth noting the beautiful views, but this is inherent in all houses in this area. And also the close location to Mount Makowitsa.

In addition to three houses, each of which is divided into several rooms with its own bathrooms, there is a swimming pool and a gazebo with a barbecue.

However, all the advantages, which as you can understand are not so many, are offset by the high cost, previously the house for two nights cost 8 thousand, but with all the extras the cost exceeded 10 thousand. It is worth clarifying here that all payments are made exclusively in cash, since the owners work without a sole proprietorship, so paying by card will not work in any way (except for a subscription).

Since you need to pay for using the swimming pool on site, and the payment is either hourly or for the entire period of rest (from 2 days)

To use the barbecue, you need to buy firewood from the owners, there is only one barbecue on the territory, so you need to wait until other companies release the barbecue (which, like the gazebo, can be used until 23:00, which the owners remind you about several times).

In addition, if you are unlucky with your neighbors, you need to know that not all houses are closed from the inside, which is why you should be prepared for possible unpleasant incidents with drunk neighbors, which is especially important for families with children.

As for the rooms themselves, as already mentioned, each has its own bathroom. Some conditions are mediocre, the toilet is not attached well, the bathroom door does not close in every room, there is also a hairdryer in not all rooms, a lamp was broken in the house, the refrigerator almost does not work, cleaning is only superficial, for example, there were a lot of cobwebs in the house, the dishes are not very clean either, so after moving in you have to clean it yourself.

In general, for the same price you can find better accommodation.

In general, I can't recommend it. We came for a vacation, ended up in a barracks, where every movement is controlled by the owners. It got to the point that they looked into our windows. Keep in mind that they can enter the house without your permission and knowledge, at any time.

In my opinion, the house is very dirty. The dishes, furniture in the kitchen are really very dirty. Dish towels too. Buy your own sponges and rags.
There are cobwebs with spiders in the rooms. There is also a question about the bed, maybe clean, but the blankets on top are definitely not. In terms of hygiene, this is unacceptable.

The owners prohibit any activity after 11, even if it's not noisy. They justify it with a curfew that starts at 12.

The initial price includes almost one house, they charge an additional fee for literally everything. They are trying to cheat. Before you move in, record all the breakdowns on camera, because they are not repaired and apparently they are forcing every tenant to pay for the same thing that was not functioning from the very beginning.

The infrastructure is also a problem, there are no shops nearby. The views are on par with ordinary rural ones, nothing impressive.
They work without a sole proprietorship. Big questions for the tax office and the owners. This is illegal, it is impossible to pay by card.

Of the few pluses: a separate bathroom and shower for each room. Not bad parking and a swimming pool (they lie about heating).
Although it is dirty, the interior itself is quite pleasant.

Went on vacation with friends, were extremely dissatisfied.
Rooms. What can I say? My room looked, to put it mildly, not very good. Layers of dust and cobwebs, which have probably been there for months, no one is even going to clean it) My friends have the same + in one of the rooms there was an UNPLUGGED TOILET, why they paid so much money for it - it is not clear. There are dishes, but they are dirty, you have to wash them, the same story with towels, so you need to take your own. There are no shampoos and shower gels.
Service. Here is a separate story) Not a house for 8k, but a barracks. The owners enter the house without permission and knocking, kick you out of the gazebo (which is one for two houses + the owners, because it is simply impossible to share it) at 23:00, although the curfew is from 00:00). They kick you out of the pool if you do not swim there. And yes, they don't care that you paid 1000 UAH for it. (there is no heating, don't be fooled).
Be careful, because the owners have an interesting scheme to profit from good-natured tourists. If something is missing in the room when you check in, or something is broken - let them know right away! The owners will gladly blame everything on you when you check out and will definitely want to rip off money for a "broken thing" that they were not going to repair after previous visitors).

Pros: the accommodation is located not far from Makovitsa Mountain, beautiful views.

Cons: quiet hours start after 11:00 PM. You have to pay extra for everything. It is difficult to get to the accommodation, shops are also very far away. Owners (older people) who want to know and control everything. Poorly cleaned rooms with cobwebs, dirty dishes, no gel, shampoo, hairdryer in the bathroom, poorly fixed toilet. Not all doors close. The refrigerator almost does not work, all the products are warm. A lamp is broken in one of the rooms. The pool is cleaned only in the morning, so after lunch there is a lot of garbage. It is claimed that the pool is heated, which in fact it is not. They work without a personal income tax, so all payments are only in cash.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They said that there is a swimming pool and a bathhouse, but there is none, in those houses, they said that recently they took away the frame pool, but for some reason they did not think of warning about this before arrival, but said that everything is ok, and everything is there. The toilet is falling apart, very shaky. The shower takes a very long time to adjust so that the water that is needed goes out. They work without a sole proprietorship. Therefore, expect that you will not be able to pay by card. The owner forgets everything, if she was paid yesterday, on another day, she will say that it is not the right amount and she needs to pay extra. And also, she will draw conclusions about who you work for and how much you earn. Also, they will scold you for "language" and it does not matter that you communicate with each other, as you are comfortable with.

For some reason, their curfew starts at 23:00, when it is 00:00 all over Ukraine. If you wanted to relax with music, sit and chat, then this is not the place.
I don't know why there are all these swings and gazebos there at all, if you simply don't have time to be there. If you don't have time to cook the meat, then be prepared for screams that you need to go to bed already))) And don't bother anyone, it's private territory, what curfew?!
They give irons for 100 UAH. The refrigerator barely works, it doesn't cool at all. In short, draw your own conclusions. But, I wouldn't go there again.

They meet you with a smile, see you off with reproaches and discontent!

These prices are not worth it, to be told at every breath what else to pay for.

And bargaining didn't work for something that wasn't in the estate, but was promised. I immediately saw the arguments "have you seen how much housing costs in Yaremche?" and it costs less than theirs.

A human attitude is needed, and it was simply possible to fairly reduce the price for the discrepancy. But, they did not take this into account as necessary!
