I had a rest with the team in "Romantik Spa Hotel", from December 25-27. During the whole stay in the hotel, except for positive emotions and delight there were no other impressions. THE STAFF IN THE HOTEL IS WONDERFUL!!! The food is varied and very tasty! I was pleasantly surprised by the barbecue area - this is the highlight of the hotel. The spa in the hotel deserves a separate review...

Excellent hotel, comfort, cleanliness, staff, food, everything is top notch. Spa, pool, tennis. There is something to do, we have only positive emotions. I liked it very much.

The hotel is excellent in terms of service, cleanliness and customer focus. But the all inclusive system is unnecessary here, this is not Turkey and people do not sit in the hotel, but after breakfast they go skiing for the whole day. Because of all inclusive, the price has been significantly raised. I used to vacation here every year. Now I will think about it, since it will be cheaper to fly somewhere...

A wonderful holiday with children! Delicious and varied food, ice cream, swimming pools with mineral water, a children's room. Thanks to the entertainment for children, my husband and I could calmly go to the sauna, get a massage. Not far from the hotel there is the Pribiy waterfall and the Dovbush Path. Overall the experience was good,some of the stuff we liked and some not.Like the rooms was clean but so small ,for 3 people it was like really tight.the all inclusive i was not impressed with the food at all,there was not much to eat at all,the drinks was good and the service was very professional,also no entertainment at all .

Very nice to see such kind of service developing in Ukraine! It was my first time experience having All-inclusive service in Ukraine and it was totally satisfying!!! I understand this location is more oriented for winter time, but I have to mention there are 2 kind of things to understand if you visiting it in summer - most of rooms do not have air conditioning, and location is very close to railway...

Absolutely in love with this place. The quality of service is better than anywhere I've ever been on entire planet. The food is great, the leisure activities, the spa is awesome. The staff is impeccable. My children loved the kid's room and the nanny there. We wish we could stay longer! I couldn't find even a smallest flaw in this hotel. Perfect, simply perfect!

We absolutely felt in love with this place. The territory is outstanding! Food is great Even though we didn’t stayed there, and even thought we had to walk about 20 min to get to restaurant, we eaten there every day, sometimes even twice a day;) One recommendation to the owner: please work with the waiters so they are more friendly because one of the waiters had an attitude.

We were seven staying, my wife, 3 children and in laws. Children aged 1, 3 and 12. The hotel has two pools, one with slides for children. The other pool 1.5m deep. There are outdoor playgrounds and activities for children. A small zoo. There is also an indoor playroom. Children aged 5 and above can be left with the childcare staff. My children had a great time at the different pools and playgrounds...

It is 3star hotel with a great service. I was nicely surprised to see such a polite and friendly attitude from all the personnel. Special thank to Svitlana from reception for her smile and attentive care. I was celebrating my birthday with family, stayed in a room for 4 in the hotel (there are wood cottages as well). Beautiful place, good service, amazing Ukrainian food. Even a small playground for children. Prices are higher than usual, but reasonable because the level of the restaurant allows it to be called restaurant:) 5 starts, will come again

Quiet wonderful place with nice rooms and service, near the river.

This is just a beautiful family run hotel! Our room had an amazing mountain view from our private balcony. The bed is very comfortable and our room was cleaned every day. The food was very nice and freshly prepared, perhaps the best borscht we've had in the last 2 months here in Ukraine! The hotel is close to the river and it's so quiet and peaceful. Clean and good rooms, nice personnel. Cosy atmosphere.

Feeling very average. Clean rooms reluctantly. Consumables "forget" to change daily. The range of services is very narrow. But settled in the room much before 12 hours. The food in the local "restaurant" is not recommended. Low prices correspond to low quality of food.

Would recommend. Owners welcoming exhibition. Service at the highest level. The food is very tasty. The staff is polite , prompt where to go. We of the Dnieper. All a good holiday.

Nice and cozy hotel in the city center! Quiet place, near the river Prut. Cozy and neat rooms, new furniture and bathroom. On-site small Playground and gazebo. The hotel has a restaurant. Next to the brewery, two cafes, a shop Vopak, Bicycle rental. Pleasant hosts! The place is ideal for a quiet family holiday!

We had a nice time. Your hotel was very clean, the employees are very nice and helpful when needed (Marichka especially) and I loved your valet service and these employees were also very nice and helpful especially since this was my first time staying in a hotel in the Carpathians. We stayed here in June. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, good location. Not to happy that there was an additional fee of 150 UAH an hour swimming pool fee. But it's ok because the swimming pool was heated and very comfortable. Also there is a great sauna for extra money. We did enjoy it! In general, we are satisfied.

Swimming pool price is very reasonable, but water sometimes cold and not very pure

We were there off season for three nights for business and enjoyed the facilities. The food was local, but a step above what I have had in other places in the FSU, and very good service. Our rooms were deluxe and nicely remodeled. The television was small and older and only local selections. Did not try the restaurant. The three conference halls were well done although there was a bit of disconnect...

Cool cheap guest! He came himself to work, and with his wife and friends - everything is cool .. there is a gym, there is a pool and a sauna. I was very pleasantly surprised by the bar in the lobby - a cool fireplace that poked razhozhchug request, cook tasty, a large portion, great great selection of homemade liqueur, the prices are very nice - dinner with alcohol, salads and kebabs + \ - 500 hryvnia...

My husband and I really liked the Waterfall Hotel. Service, service and comfort are the main business card of this establishment. The breakfast was hearty and warm. Rooms are cleaned daily and linen is changed every 3 days. At the time of our arrival (this is the beginning of June), the restaurant was not working, as there were almost no people and therefore we went for lunch and dinner to neighboring...
