Stay at that hotel for the third time. I want to note that service every year changing for the better. This year for Breakfast added juice, put a good coffee machine. Like the Spa area with warm pool for children

Today we visited the Romantic spa hotel for the first time and decided to use the swimming pool. And reality overwhelmed our thoughts

First of all: very sensitive, friendly and qualified staff ❤️ In another way: everything was on a high level: very nice large swimming pools with warm water and bleach without chlorine😁

There is a Finnish sauna, an aroma room, a beer sauna. For a trip to the spa, a bathrobe and a special bag are provided for convenience. The spa is included in the price and is available to all hotel guests

Great variety of saunas, everything is thought out for relaxation refill for any taste. The cuisine is also of the highest standard: large portions, everything is delicious and reasonable prices

It’s very easy: you catch food and you can get up and have lunch or dinner and then go swimming right in your robe. The only downside is that there are no showers for women or men

Good rooms, but bar with cocktails is not always open, internet lagging, and pool is not that warm when it's raining.

I visited the restaurant only : the food was good and the staff nice.

The hosts can prepare delicious and healthy a La carte Breakfast, prompt where better to go on a tour. Very friendly staff and cute dog Frida. Though we never saw the Jacuzzi, so will pick her up again

We visited Villa Iris in June and were very pleased! Everything is clean, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfasts are delicious! It was quiet and peaceful, around the villa - the forest - the perfect place to relax from the noisy city

Swimming pool price is very reasonable, but water sometimes cold and not very pure

We were there off season for three nights for business and enjoyed the facilities. The food was local, but a step above what I have had in other places in the FSU, and very good service

The three conference halls were well done although there was a bit of disconnect using the wireless microphones in the two halls we used

If you want to escape to the mountains from the city bustle, then this place is perfect. Yes, you have to walk to the shops, but it's worth it when there are only small houses and mountains outside the window

We celebrated the New Year here that year, cozy rooms, comfortable beds (we just slept great) clean everywhere. On the ground floor there is a beautiful fireplace and a kitchen with everything you need

A stream flows under the windows, quiet and beautiful. Ideal for a quiet, relaxing holiday. And I would especially like to mention the wonderful hosts, Bogdana and her family

In case of a power outage - there is backup power. Nearby there is a large gazebo (with sockets), a swing and a barbecue. We rested with a company - we liked everything

Here you rest with your soul, and enjoy your state, you feel like a dear home. I recommend it to everyone who wants to gain strength and forget about everyday worries

In front of the cottage there is a wooden summerhouse, outdoor grill where we enjoyed meals on the open air! Except this, rolling on andirondack swing was so relaxing! What made us even more excited during warm summer days was chilling out in the newly built swimming pool! Walking slightly up from the villa you will face amazing mountain views

Every day in our room we have changed of all towels and we have a lot of bottles of mountains drink water. Next very nice impressions it’s four difference swimming pools (two in the hotel, and two in the open sky)

We rested for the New Year holidays. The hotel has everything you need: dishes, tennis, hot water around the clock, refrigerator, kettle, washing machine

And they also have a dog Caesar 😍😍 this is love !!! So my parents and I recommend this hotel !!!! And we will come back here next year 🫶🏽

There could be expectations with water, but we always managed to wash when we wanted. The room had slippers, a hair dryer, shampoo and soap, two towels each, a large heated towel rail, tea, coffee, sugar, some dishes

To the centre of the city only one km. To the big market only 1,5 km

A separate pleasure - an indoor heated and illuminated pool. Even on rainy days it was nice to swim in warm water. The pool is open by appointment, and at this time you swim only with your company

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, good location. Not to happy that there was an additional fee of 150 UAH an hour swimming pool fee. But it's ok because the swimming pool was heated and very comfortable

The courtyard is small, but very cozy: lots of flowers, garden furniture, corners for relaxing with a cup of coffee. The owner makes delicious coffee according to his own recipe - I recommend trying it

There is a barbecue area, a vat, and for children - a trampoline. The breakfasts are very tasty. I especially remember the omelet with vegetables, which the owner prepares herself - be sure to try it

There is no kettle in the room, this is often written about in reviews. But this is not a problem at all: you can always take a thermos of boiling water from the owner or order coffee to your room

The hotel was clean, the pool was fairly large and also clean. The restaurant was nice, food was fresh and yummy, prices above average for the area. Interesting restaurant decor, it made for a pleasant ambiance

We were celebrating a wedding at this hotel in September 2019. The hospitality of the staff was at the highest level that you can even imagine. We and our guests are very grateful for the time that we spent there

Stuff is really great and helpful which you can't find often in Ukraine. The restaurant is also very good. The menu is not large, but everything tastes quite good
