Fail vacation!
Entrance and hall is okey, but when we saw our room, I was feeling like I am in ‘90 years. The smell and cleaning are poor quality! Images are not the same as in reality!

Some of the best food in the area. Better than the food from the fancy restaurants in the center of Bukovel. Nice waitress.
Nothing really special but generally not a bad place to stay. But the WiFi connection was just a disaster - very slow and unreliable.
Vacationing with a friend in this hotel! The race was the day before New year.From new year's eve menu were all thrilled! Dynamic program,live music,delicious food,pleasant service. The staff is very friendly. Breakfasts are simple but delicious.The room is clean, modern interior. Crisp white linens,the towels were changed every day. If you still go to the Carpathians,only here! Thank you for the warm welcome!!!

Gorgeous location of the hotel disposes to a romantic mood.. one side of the mountain, at the bottom of the river Prut. Visited in early February, seemed to be totally non-kosher time to take a vacation, it was quite the opposite - nature is conquered we the beauty of winter ... a very white mountains , trees, house..- the magic of sparkling snow and the sound of the river - it seemed that he was in unreal fantastic story.. Thank you for waiting staff, especially Mariana for the unconventional approach to the profession of the bartender..Administrators at the reception is courteous for courtesy and maids for tactful diligence.

Nice hotel located in a beautiful place, but there is one drawback. The rooms which overlook the river impossible to sleep, the river is very noisy.
The hotel tolerable, Breakfast is terrible. Sausages in plastic packaging and crackers submitted under the guise of toasts.
Disgusting service, heating included 2 days (at temperatures behind +5 +10), warm water in the tap, kettle of warm water and the heater can not provide, repair on 2 floors, the hum of hammers, drills and mats builders.
