Hotel Sofia in Yaremche

Great memories, big pain, great relief

We rested in July 2025 at the Sofia Hotel in Yaremche with two granddaughters.
The impressions were the most pleasant!

The hosts - Vitaly and Natalia - are very friendly and welcoming. And an attentive maid helped us lift and lower our things to the 4th floor and back.

Our room was on the 4th floor - spacious, with a large terrace and a wonderful view of the mountains. Comfortable beds with good mattresses, snow-white bedding, practical furniture. On the terrace - a swing, where the granddaughters spent almost all the time when we were in the room.

A separate pleasure - an indoor heated and illuminated pool. Even on rainy days it was nice to swim in warm water. There is a sauna. The pool is open by appointment, and at this time you swim only with your company. The cost is 250 UAH / hour.

The courtyard is small, but very cozy: lots of flowers, garden furniture, corners for relaxing with a cup of coffee. The owner makes delicious coffee according to his own recipe - I recommend trying it. There is a barbecue area, a vat, and for children - a trampoline. There is a place for a car.

The breakfasts are very tasty. I especially remember the omelet with vegetables, which the owner prepares herself - be sure to try it.

There is no kettle in the room, this is often written about in reviews. But this is not a problem at all: you can always take a thermos of boiling water from the owner or order coffee to your room. And in Yaremche itself there are many colorful coffee shops, pizzerias and cafes - there is always a place to sit and have a tasty meal.

I would also like to note the very convenient location of the hotel: nearby - the train station, Spar and Tavria supermarkets, McDonald's. At the same time, the hotel is conveniently located away from the noisy road, which creates a pleasant atmosphere of peace and comfort.

We remember our stay at Sofia with warmth and gratitude. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely come back!

Your hotel was very clean, the employees are very nice and helpful when needed (Marichka especially) and I loved your valet service and these employees were also very nice and helpful especially since this was my first time staying in a hotel in the Carpathians. Wonderful two beautiful days. What more could a person ask for. Thank you, Sofia!

We stayed here in June. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, good location. Not to happy that there was an additional fee of 150 UAH an hour swimming pool fee. But it's ok because the swimming pool was heated and very comfortable. Also there is a great sauna for extra money. We did enjoy it! In general, we are satisfied.
