Hotel&Restaurant Premium Club in Yaremche

The room was very small with a double bed up against the wall due to small room size. Probably the worst sleep I have had in any hotel. No air conditioning to regulate heat. Bathroom was almost as big as bedroom.

The hotel rooms were fairly comfortable and clean. The biggest issue for us was one of safety. I woke up to find that there was no one at the front desk and that the security guard had locked the door and gone away. All guests were locked inside the building with no fire exit (other than through the windows). Though the security guard left his phone number taped to the door, unless guests were able to speak Ukrainian or Russian, there was no way to get out. I found this particularly disconcerting as may of the guests in the hotel had small children.

The restaurant and gym both opened at 0900, which seemed unreasonably late. There was no option for getting coffee or tea before 0900 and the hotel staff would make no exception or offer any alternative. At each step of the way, the staff took a "take it or leave it" attitude.

Came here with my wife for 3 nights, first night we weren't told that the heat wasn't working so we woke up freezing cold and my wife got a cold. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable springs coming right out of the mattress into your back. Only solution they had was to put extra blankets on the mattress. Breakfast was very repetitive every day and looked like leftovers from previous days. Lunch was better some days. Wife wanted a side of ketchup during breakfast and she was told they can only provide that for lunch. Weird
