A beautiful hotel in the city center (even with its history), one of the best hotels I have ever visited, breathtaking views of the city from the upper floors (SPA), comfortable luxury rooms, underground parking.

Everything for our stay was excellent from the cleanliness of the room to the fantastic breakfast buffet. The staff spoke English and made it very easy to communicate as I do not speak Russian

Probably the best hotel in town with a great situation. Only the breakfast buffet most staff do not speak english and say yes to be polite, bit you dont get the item you want

Cozy and comfy atmosphere. Good place to relax. Prices are a bit expensive, but that's what should be expected from a 5 stars great hotel.

Prior to booking my stay I read a lot of the reviews and I have to say they are spot on. If you book your stay at Kharkiv Palace and add breakfast, you will not be disappointed

Best hotel I have ever stayed in! 1. Next to a bank, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. (They also have WESTERN UNION open for 24 hours. The staff are very well mannered

I have to be honest this is my favorite hotel in Kharkiv/Kharkov because of their amazing location and there wonderful room service and everything is clean and tidy and new ! The view from the rooms is so amazing ! The employees at the hotel are always willing to help you and there restaurant is amazing !!

The heating system is awesome and the AC is great also. You can also visit the botanical gardens near by the hotel if you want to do some meditation!

The pool is small, with four lanes, but the water is salty, which is pleasant for the body (I think it's chlorine-free). There are about five lounge chairs. I went to aqua aerobics and enjoyed it

Chichikov is one the best hotels in Kharkov overal. It has a grate location, it's very clean and has a friendly staff. I have been in double bedrooms and mini suites and both vere actually a bit over my expectations

It was nice clean room. But conditioner doesn't work good. We pay almost 3000 grivna for the room and it was hot. You should check condition of conditioner more often.

This place is for me one of the best in the city. Pleasant atmosphere,in summer, live music. There are gazebos,which are closed by curtains from prying eyes, and can safely sit as in a romantic date,and good company

We were 12 adults and 4 children and everyone enjoyed the meal and the amenities. Food was delicious from the appetizers to the main course( chicken, veal and lamb kebabs) as well as desserts

The overall experience is great, especially when it comes to the de luxe apartment. But please, for the God's sake, fix the air conditioner, it starts working for a sec and is then silent for a lifetime.

The hotel is not working but the restaurant does. There is a terrasse on the upper floor. I had scrumbled eggs and a white chocolate cake. Those were delicious
