A great experience! When we checked in, we asked to open the gate, and the staff didn't ask any stupid questions—they opened it right away and then checked us in. The hotel itself is somehow cozy, unusually warm

Parking is available near the main entrance, as well as secure parking in the courtyard behind the gates. You can directly access the hotel from the internal parking lot, and vice versa if you're checking out

(And the air conditioning is on—you can heat the room even more, but it's not necessary. ) On the ground floor, which was really impressive, there's a restroom next to the restaurant

Excellent hotel, great service, huge breakfast! The internet is not as reliable as some, but not bad. Not really walking distance to places for most people,but convenient for auto traffic

A magnificent hotel located in the city center. It has a wonderful SPASIBO area, a jacuzzi, swimming pools, a hammam, a sauna, a gym, a stretching room, a yoga room, a children's room, and a restaurant

This is not our first time staying at this hotel. We come here when we want to relax in the spa and recharge. We love absolutely everything: the location is in the city center

The spa has a small bar where you can get delicious fresh juices. By the way, not only hotel guests can use the spa. The breakfasts at the hotel are excellent: varied and delicious, even with sparkling wine

Chichikov is one the best hotels in Kharkov overal. It has a grate location, it's very clean and has a friendly staff. I have been in double bedrooms and mini suites and both vere actually a bit over my expectations

It's definitely worth its four stars. Great, unobtrusive staff, excellent room service, spacious, very clean rooms. Excellent location. We didn't regret our choice one bit.

The pricing puts it also on the level of expectations, where double badroom is €50-60 and mini suites are twice as much or a bit more, and this is the standard in the city

Staff speaks english well enough which is better than 90 percent of the establishments in Kharkiv which dont speak it at all. Breakfasts are raved about because they are made to order in the hotels garden restaurant

But it would be better if potential quests fill an application form before check in: - do you have a selfie stick? - do you make selfie more often than once per hour? - how often do you visit SPA? and would be rejected according to answers :)

I liked it. It tasted like something with pesto. It looks interesting and tastes unusual. The Tartar is also unique. The service is good, the guys are attentive and responsive, they know the menu and what's in it.

Mixed impressions. It's still the same unusual, luxurious, cozy place, in a back alley on Sumskaya Street. The breakfast still retains its warmth, but I liked it better two years ago.

It's close to the center, the staff is friendly, there's parking, and the room is warm, even hot. (11/18/21) The bed linen and towels are clean, the bathroom has a hairdryer, and there are soaps and toiletries

There's a refrigerator with a minibar. There's even contraception, great! I accidentally mixed up my check-in days, but the girls at reception sorted everything out, for which I'm especially grateful

Minuses: - a very small room, by quadrature for one person, not for two; - the bed is not a king size, but a one-and-a-half; - towels washed, gray already; - synthetic bed linen, electrified and rustles like an oilcloth; - the sink in the bathroom is very narrow, there is immediately a shelf above it, so using the sink is even more inconvenient; - to get to the room, you need to climb several flights...

Pros: - very warm room; - location - in the very center of the city

We chose a room with a king size bed for 840 UAH / day and it did not justify its price

There was nothing functional, no pool no restaurant no bar. Yet every request made came with a 10% fee on the receipt. Also missed my train cos there was no taxi due to the weather and location

The overall experience is great, especially when it comes to the de luxe apartment. But please, for the God's sake, fix the air conditioner, it starts working for a sec and is then silent for a lifetime.

The hotel is not working but the restaurant does. There is a terrasse on the upper floor. I had scrumbled eggs and a white chocolate cake. Those were delicious

A few months ago I was faced with the fact that I needed to find a hotel in Kharkiv. The hotels I stayed in before I was 22 are no longer working. Choosing a new one is almost always a lottery 😂

My family stayed at Kizhi and we were very impressed. Our hotel room had a beautiful balcony with a tree right outside. Everything is clean and modern and for only $24, it’s a steal

Moreover, it’s in the center of the town and so every park and attraction is basically walk distance! I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Kharkiv!

Pretty wonderful hotel idea realized in a quite old house. It's pretty unique place to stay. I believe it's the best offer for this price, but be prepared for disadvantages because of building age

Cosy, quiet place. There's a small kitchen in a room, so you can have a snack whenever you want. If you like historical buildings and fancy interiors, that's the place to choose.

Avoid booking the smallest room called "mini" unless you're searchich for a place to live your luggage and/or to take a sleep
