The hotel is 15-20 pips away from the station, clean and well maintained. The staff is polite and, if necessary, ready to help, but sometimes they need to be reminded of that. The conference room is small but cozy

A great experience! When we checked in, we asked to open the gate, and the staff didn't ask any stupid questions—they opened it right away and then checked us in. The hotel itself is somehow cozy, unusually warm

The spa on the ground floor with a hammam, jacuzzi, and sauna was excellent. You can choose any spa package. You have access to an indoor saltwater pool, a gym, a spa, and a summer terrace

There were old ladies, young people, and men there. The downside is that it's quite chilly when you get out of the pool. They don't provide robes anymore, only for an extra fee

We were also very pleased that in honor of my birthday, they gave us free tickets to the oceanarium and a show, plus a photo with dolphins. Overall, we were very pleased! Thank you

Chichikov is one the best hotels in Kharkov overal. It has a grate location, it's very clean and has a friendly staff. I have been in double bedrooms and mini suites and both vere actually a bit over my expectations

It's definitely worth its four stars. Great, unobtrusive staff, excellent room service, spacious, very clean rooms. Excellent location. We didn't regret our choice one bit.

The pricing puts it also on the level of expectations, where double badroom is €50-60 and mini suites are twice as much or a bit more, and this is the standard in the city

I liked it. It tasted like something with pesto. It looks interesting and tastes unusual. The Tartar is also unique. The service is good, the guys are attentive and responsive, they know the menu and what's in it.

Mixed impressions. It's still the same unusual, luxurious, cozy place, in a back alley on Sumskaya Street. The breakfast still retains its warmth, but I liked it better two years ago.

The parking lot was completely full, because we hadn't booked a spot in advance, but they let us park along the wall where the kitchen windows were located

There was nothing functional, no pool no restaurant no bar. Yet every request made came with a 10% fee on the receipt. Also missed my train cos there was no taxi due to the weather and location

The overall experience is great, especially when it comes to the de luxe apartment. But please, for the God's sake, fix the air conditioner, it starts working for a sec and is then silent for a lifetime.

The hotel is not working but the restaurant does. There is a terrasse on the upper floor. I had scrumbled eggs and a white chocolate cake. Those were delicious

The hotel is located near the city center, in a quiet place, small, occupies the first floor of a building. Inside there are very nice rooms with all amenities and nice bathrooms, breakfast is good and varied

In communications with customers, everything is very professional and constructively! Recommend! PS: Near the 2nd steps (nearby quarter) there is a local small monument Bulgakov and the beat of the hippo! And next door is a good good Georgian restaurant

Good hotel in the good silent place

There is almost never anyone at the reception, you need to constantly look for an administrator, they don't really want to cook early breakfasts (moreover, they were announcing breakfasts on the phone from 7:00)

The administrator is a cook, she is a maid, she is a watchman. With this attitude, the hotel will lose its customers

My family stayed at Kizhi and we were very impressed. Our hotel room had a beautiful balcony with a tree right outside. Everything is clean and modern and for only $24, it’s a steal

Moreover, it’s in the center of the town and so every park and attraction is basically walk distance! I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Kharkiv!

Great Location! Contemporary finishing of the rooms. Very cosy mattress and bedding. Central AC includes heating mode. Very polite and helpful Receptionists and other Personnel. A minor detail to improve is breakfast

Pretty wonderful hotel idea realized in a quite old house. It's pretty unique place to stay. I believe it's the best offer for this price, but be prepared for disadvantages because of building age

Cosy, quiet place. There's a small kitchen in a room, so you can have a snack whenever you want. If you like historical buildings and fancy interiors, that's the place to choose.

Avoid booking the smallest room called "mini" unless you're searchich for a place to live your luggage and/or to take a sleep
