Probably the best hotel in town with a great situation. Only the breakfast buffet most staff do not speak english and say yes to be polite, bit you dont get the item you want

Everything for our stay was excellent from the cleanliness of the room to the fantastic breakfast buffet. The staff spoke English and made it very easy to communicate as I do not speak Russian. Prior to booking my stay I read a lot of the reviews and I have to say they are spot on. If you book your stay at Kharkiv Palace and add breakfast, you will not be disappointed. WOW!!!

A beautiful hotel in the city center (even with its history), one of the best hotels I have ever visited, breathtaking views of the city from the upper floors (SPA), comfortable luxury rooms, underground parking.

The spa service is excellent. Weekdays are quiet, and the number of visitors is generally limited. If you purchase a full-day pass and leave for lunch, for example, you can request a dry set of towels and a robe upon your return. The restaurant next to the spa offers pleasant business lunches.

A clean and spacious hotel right in the centre of the city. Such a friendly and nice staff. Would definitely stay here again if I come to the city.

The place is so beautiful 😍. We spent 3 night. It includes spa, 2 hours mini golf and free breakfast. My only but is one the pool, not everyone can swim it's deep also the food is nice don't get me wrong but should also include international dishes as well. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Beautiful. High-quality. Comfortable. A pleasant stay. Pricey, but worth it. Three types of saunas. Small, but well-done. The couples massage room is superb! The massage tables are very comfortable, heated—perfect for winter. The argan oil massage is superb. The masseuses are great.

We went to the spa. You don't need to be a guest to go. The presentation was nice. I enjoyed my massage my fiancé did not. For the price it wasn't bad but they ask if you want tea afterwards. Then forget to tell you that they will charge you for it. I asked for water and a person showed me faucet. I wouldn't go back.

The service is not quite equivalent for the “”5 star hotel”. The breakfast has a limited option s and not enough. The food is not so good, there are only some dishes taste good. The staff is not so friendly

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday. We had a standard superior room. The room was clean and bright, with all the necessary toiletries, a minibar, robes, slippers, and towels. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Room service is available 24/7. We were given complimentary champagne and Ferrero chocolates, which was a very nice touch. Hello! The Terrace Restaurant is one of the most wonderful places in Kharkiv. Thank you for the beautiful view, delicious food, and wonderful service! I'd especially like to give special mention to the receptionist, Tatyana; she was absolutely brilliant and understood everything I said. Excellent hotel with nice staff. A well-deserved sign "Revisor recommends" in 2018. The presence of an elevator, rooms for people with disabilities, covered parking for cars and a restaurant are clear advantages compared to many options in Kharkiv. Nearby - gas station, car wash and supermarket "Posad". A couple of moments that annoyed a little: poor sound insulation in the rooms...

Very interesting atmospheric hotel. The staff is polite, everything is clean, the furniture in the room is cool, the mattress is excellent - I had a good rest. Thank you, everything was good.

This is not the first time I order hammam. At a cost of 500 UAH / hour. Spacious, good heat. There is a jacuzzi. You can go without accessories. Sheets, towels, slippers are provided. Also served tea with sweets, a jug of water with ice.

The personel and cleaning is perfect. Customer satisfaction is very good. a bit far from the city center but calm and peaceful.

Good place for some nights in Charkiw!

Not nearly a 4-star hotel it claims to be. The room wasn't nice, but the staff was.

Its ok but we expected more. The breskfast is really minimal. The spa was not working. And the room we got which faced the wood had bugs that seemed to come from the trees. Other than that it was ok. It is not worth the money you have to pay for it.

stayed here twice on business. good hotel with great breakfast, lunch, & dinner. the rooms need updating though. staff was very friendly.

It was nice clean room. But conditioner doesn't work good. We pay almost 3000 grivna for the room and it was hot. You should check condition of conditioner more often.

Very comfortable, clean Hotel. Metrostation, Restaurants, small Shops and Supermarket in walking distance. The food in Hotel Restaurant is delicious, the stuff super friendly. One star less, cause you hear the Tram all day.

This hotel is located around 15 minutes from downtown and shopping centres,has large rooms ,free breakfast,but not the best breakfast,very limited.The food in the restaurant is ok,the location is near tram tracks ,very noisy .

For a 4 Star Hotel is is a bit so so. This Hotel have had the seen the best times. But for the price you could as well not more expecting.

Room and bath size are good. Breakfest is acceptable. Not far from the city center.

There was nothing functional, no pool no restaurant no bar. Yet every request made came with a 10% fee on the receipt. Also missed my train cos there was no taxi due to the weather and location. It was really exasperating. But the staff is friendly and they don't speak English which was another huge set back.

Excellent service and friendly staff. You could order the breakfast for the next morning every day. Clean rooms. All staff speak English without much difficulty. There are conference halls for company events and the like. The internet went down for a few hours during my stay, but it wasn't them, it was the ISP. It's a 30 min walk to city centre or you could call a cab. Generally I recommend this hotel

Great place. Really can primaryattribute "Art". The art Nouveau style. all high quality and at a high level. This is the best hotel in Kharkov, in my opinion. Highly recommend. The kitchen is also very good.

Clean; the best service I have experienced in Ukraine over 6 years. Lovely people from those who had no English to those who were capable speakers. Great view from balcony; food was every thing I as an English gentleman could have asked for. I plan to return soon. Nice and close to the station but without noise disturbance.

Cozy and comfortable place to stay. Near railway station - easy to come here in case of late arrival. Good cafe with breakfasts and considerable choise of other dishes. Administration is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent, no room but they went out of there way to help me find another hotel.. the hotel looked very clean and tidy. Only wish I could have stayed there! Martin
