Grand old soviet style hotel. It's in better shape than most soviet hotels in Russia. I went for the un air conditioned room in December because i like to sleep in a cold room. The bed was soft, the pillows were awsome, and the douvet was super warm. It's like a time capsule down to the CRT tv. Wifi was excellent.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in! 1. Very clean. 2. Close to downtown kharkiv. 3. Next to the metro. 4. Next to a bank, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. (They also have WESTERN UNION open for 24 hours.) 5. The staff are very well mannered. 6. The heating system is awesome and the AC is great also. 7. You can also visit the botanical gardens near by the hotel if you want to do some meditation!

I'm happy with my visit. It's clean and warm. It was my first time there, and the administrator showed me everything! The changing room, how to use the lockers, and explained the differences between the saunas. It's clean, robes and towels are provided. Bring your own slippers. The changing room has everything you might forget at home: shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, wet wipes, deodorant...

The place is so beautiful 😍. We spent 3 night. It includes spa, 2 hours mini golf and free breakfast. My only but is one the pool, not everyone can swim it's deep also the food is nice don't get me wrong but should also include international dishes as well. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Beautiful. High-quality. Comfortable. A pleasant stay. Pricey, but worth it. Three types of saunas. Small, but well-done. The couples massage room is superb! The massage tables are very comfortable, heated—perfect for winter. The argan oil massage is superb. The masseuses are great.

Sauna, pool with hydromassage, and a sauna. All for 150 hryvnias per hour. Nice changing room with shower. The pool water is salty and comfortably warm—not cold, but not warm either. After warming up in the sauna or sauna, the contrast is pleasant. There's a café in the hotel. I really enjoyed it.

We held an event at this hotel in October. The service was top-notch – comfortable rooms, delicious food, polite staff. What we didn't have time to do while we were busy was check out the spa and pool – we'll definitely be back.

Excellent complex. We used the pool, it was excellent. It was warm, and the depth was 1.10 and 1.40. It's safe to come with children. The changing rooms have lockers, and there are showers and toilets. It's warm and comfortable. There's a spa with steam rooms and loungers.

The sauna here is great, with plenty of room for up to 10 people. There are two options: dry and hammam, which is a real plus! There's also a small illuminated pool with clean, not-too-cold water—a nice dip after the steam room. 👍 There's also a pool table, two tables with chairs, and sofas for relaxing. A great experience! When we checked in, we asked to open the gate, and the staff didn't ask any stupid questions—they opened it right away and then checked us in. It has a wonderful SPASIBO area, a jacuzzi, swimming pools, a hammam, a sauna, a gym, a stretching room, a yoga room, a children's room, and a restaurant. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Chichikov is one the best hotels in Kharkov overal. It has a grate location, it's very clean and has a friendly staff. Rooms are very comfortable. I have been in double bedrooms and mini suites and both vere actually a bit over my expectations. The pricing puts it also on the level of expectations, where double badroom is €50-60 and mini suites are twice as much or a bit more, and this is the standard...

The quality of hotel service gets worse. No liquid soap in the room (taking into account COVID19 situation - it's funny). The water in washstand stucks - just look on the picture. In general the bathroom smells like mold. The restaurant in the hotel does not work. Taking into account $60 daily fee - it is not acceptable.

This is not the first time I order hammam. At a cost of 500 UAH / hour. Spacious, good heat. There is a jacuzzi. You can go without accessories. Sheets, towels, slippers are provided. Also served tea with sweets, a jug of water with ice.

The personel and cleaning is perfect. Customer satisfaction is very good. a bit far from the city center but calm and peaceful.

Good place for some nights in Charkiw!

This is an unforgettable and unique place. The service, the interior, the comfort—it's a place you just want to be! There are robes, a bar, and luxurious pastels... And of course, their symbol—a pig with wings, a real angel! It's a shame they didn't have souvenirs like that. We'll cherish fond memories of this place. And if we come to Kharkiv, it's only here!

I was on a business trip and had the chance to spend the night at this hotel. The room was very cozy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The furniture was new, and the room had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sheets, towels, robe, and slippers were all clean and fragrant. The breakfast buffet offered a variety to suit every taste.

It's a new nice hotel, if you need to travel on business. Especially if you're not expecting to be in city center in the mornings. Breakfast is a little strange (rice and chicken for breakfast) but there's also other stuff to break your night fast. Clean and ordered. The photos on the wall and the book of photos at front desk is very odd choice.

It was nice clean room. But conditioner doesn't work good. We pay almost 3000 grivna for the room and it was hot. You should check condition of conditioner more often.

Its ok but we expected more. The breskfast is really minimal. The spa was not working. And the room we got which faced the wood had bugs that seemed to come from the trees. Other than that it was ok. It is not worth the money you have to pay for it.

It's okay for an overnight stay. Parking is not included in the price, so it's not cheap. The rooms are so-so, and the toilets stink.

Celebrated my aunt's birthday. We were 12 adults and 4 children and everyone enjoyed the meal and the amenities. Food was delicious from the appetizers to the main course( chicken, veal and lamb kebabs) as well as desserts. I paid 500 usd for all the food and the drinks for 12 people!!

Very tasty kebab:). What I advise you to try is the kebab that is cooked in house and not in the institution. The restaurant itself is also good, the kitchen is great, good pastries, great selection of wines. There are separate rooms.
