5 star hotels in Kharkiv

They are being bombed so don't know what its really like, but i oaid a lot to stay in a gotel where it was hard to get intk parking, find the person to check in and most of the facilities where closed. Should have been half the price i paid.

Probably the best hotel in town with a great situation. Only the breakfast buffet most staff do not speak english and say yes to be polite, bit you dont get the item you want

Everything for our stay was excellent from the cleanliness of the room to the fantastic breakfast buffet. The staff spoke English and made it very easy to communicate as I do not speak Russian. Prior to booking my stay I read a lot of the reviews and I have to say they are spot on. If you book your stay at Kharkiv Palace and add breakfast, you will not be disappointed. WOW!!!

A beautiful hotel in the city center (even with its history), one of the best hotels I have ever visited, breathtaking views of the city from the upper floors (SPA), comfortable luxury rooms, underground parking.

The place is so beautiful 😍. We spent 3 night. It includes spa, 2 hours mini golf and free breakfast. My only but is one the pool, not everyone can swim it's deep also the food is nice don't get me wrong but should also include international dishes as well. Would definitely recommend and go back.

We went to the spa. You don't need to be a guest to go. The presentation was nice. I enjoyed my massage my fiancé did not. For the price it wasn't bad but they ask if you want tea afterwards. Then forget to tell you that they will charge you for it. I asked for water and a person showed me faucet. I wouldn't go back.

There are several steam rooms, right in the Hammam is not pleasant to sit in, to fall back to the bench. If the company can gather around the pool is the only place. By the way the pool is big enough.

Everything has a carpet and old Soviet TVs and Music players and stuff, but overall it's a fine cheap place to stay.

Grand old soviet style hotel. It's in better shape than most soviet hotels in Russia. I went for the un air conditioned room in December because i like to sleep in a cold room. The bed was soft, the pillows were awsome, and the douvet was super warm. It's like a time capsule down to the CRT tv. Wifi was excellent.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in! 1. Very clean. 2. Close to downtown kharkiv. 3. Next to the metro. 4. Next to a bank, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. (They also have WESTERN UNION open for 24 hours.) 5. The staff are very well mannered. 6. The heating system is awesome and the AC is great also. 7. You can also visit the botanical gardens near by the hotel if you want to do some meditation!

The room is equipped with all modern conveniences, there were lots of toiletries, lots of towels, also bathrobes. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel, surprisingly, liked it. On the one hand he is "on the outskirts" of the city, on the other hand near the airport. Quite interesting as the exterior and interior. Nice hotel . The prices are really inflated . 2 room Suite cost 3500 per night . In the price included Breakfast for 2 persons , the selection is small , but what to eat can be found . The staff is friendly , the room spacious and clean . From the panoramic Windows gave a great view . Overall I enjoyed it .

This was an excellent hotel in a convenient location in Kharkiv - very close to the best shopping and dining in the city, and walking distance from the center. The rooms and the suites are all very large and very comfortable, with nice amenities and everything we needed to feel at home. Every staff member was phenomenal. This is not the first time I order hammam. At a cost of 500 UAH / hour. Spacious, good heat. There is a jacuzzi. You can go without accessories. Sheets, towels, slippers are provided. Also served tea with sweets, a jug of water with ice.

The personel and cleaning is perfect. Customer satisfaction is very good. a bit far from the city center but calm and peaceful.

It's a new nice hotel, if you need to travel on business. Especially if you're not expecting to be in city center in the mornings. Breakfast is a little strange (rice and chicken for breakfast) but there's also other stuff to break your night fast. Clean and ordered. The photos on the wall and the book of photos at front desk is very odd choice.

Great hotel, the most pleasant experience. All wishes were fulfilled for 2-3 minutes, staff very willing to help. Very diverse, delicious and cheap Breakfast. As for me, there are two minuses - far from the center (we traveled only by taxi) and there is no hall with a Seating area, as usual in hotels of this class. The highlight is the restaurant, amazing style and very tasty food!

Booked the gazebo only, so about the hotel itself I can not judge. However, very sorry that bad to clean up, trash is everywhere especially near the gazebo in the grove. Excellent service and friendly staff. You could order the breakfast for the next morning every day. Clean rooms. All staff speak English without much difficulty. There are conference halls for company events and the like. The internet went down for a few hours during my stay, but it wasn't them, it was the ISP. It's a 30 min walk to city centre or you could call a cab. Generally I recommend this hotel

Great location, nice rooms, comfortable bad. Minuses: towels are yellow instead of white, dirty cups. Hotel took a cost of chocolate from a mini bar, which not even was there when I checked in.

The overall experience is great, especially when it comes to the de luxe apartment. But please, for the God's sake, fix the air conditioner, it starts working for a sec and is then silent for a lifetime.

Quiet and small hotel in Kharkiv. It's in a very central place. They've a small garden and 4-5 tables. You can order breakfast to the garden if you want. Art Museum and Historical Museum are around 10 mins by walk.
