Probably the best hotel in town with a great situation. Only the breakfast buffet most staff do not speak english and say yes to be polite, bit you dont get the item you want

Everything for our stay was excellent from the cleanliness of the room to the fantastic breakfast buffet. The staff spoke English and made it very easy to communicate as I do not speak Russian. Prior to booking my stay I read a lot of the reviews and I have to say they are spot on. If you book your stay at Kharkiv Palace and add breakfast, you will not be disappointed. WOW!!!

The spa service is excellent. Weekdays are quiet, and the number of visitors is generally limited. If you purchase a full-day pass and leave for lunch, for example, you can request a dry set of towels and a robe upon your return. The restaurant next to the spa offers pleasant business lunches.

The place is so beautiful 😍. We spent 3 night. It includes spa, 2 hours mini golf and free breakfast. My only but is one the pool, not everyone can swim it's deep also the food is nice don't get me wrong but should also include international dishes as well. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Beautiful. High-quality. Comfortable. A pleasant stay. Pricey, but worth it. Three types of saunas. Small, but well-done. The couples massage room is superb! The massage tables are very comfortable, heated—perfect for winter. The argan oil massage is superb. The masseuses are great.

We went to the spa. You don't need to be a guest to go. The presentation was nice. I enjoyed my massage my fiancé did not. For the price it wasn't bad but they ask if you want tea afterwards. Then forget to tell you that they will charge you for it. I asked for water and a person showed me faucet. I wouldn't go back.

Grand old soviet style hotel. It's in better shape than most soviet hotels in Russia. I went for the un air conditioned room in December because i like to sleep in a cold room. The bed was soft, the pillows were awsome, and the douvet was super warm. It's like a time capsule down to the CRT tv. Wifi was excellent.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in! 1. Very clean. 2. Close to downtown kharkiv. 3. Next to the metro. 4. Next to a bank, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. You can also visit the botanical gardens near by the hotel if you want to do some meditation!

The sauna here is great, with plenty of room for up to 10 people. There are two options: dry and hammam, which is a real plus! There's also a small illuminated pool with clean, not-too-cold water—a nice dip after the steam room. 👍 There's also a pool table, two tables with chairs, and sofas for relaxing. If you're looking to relax with friends in the sauna, I highly recommend this option

A great experience! When we checked in, we asked to open the gate, and the staff didn't ask any stupid questions—they opened it right away and then checked us in. The hotel itself is somehow cozy, unusually warm. (And the air conditioning is on—you can heat the room even more, but it's not necessary.) We were very pleased with our weekend stay in room 215. It's nice and spacious, with lots of mirrors and a balcony overlooking the main entrance. The room matches the photos on the website. The staff is attentive and friendly.

This is not the first time I order hammam. At a cost of 500 UAH / hour. Spacious, good heat. There is a jacuzzi. You can go without accessories. Sheets, towels, slippers are provided. Also served tea with sweets, a jug of water with ice.

Mixed impressions. It's still the same unusual, luxurious, cozy place, in a back alley on Sumskaya Street. The breakfast still retains its warmth, but I liked it better two years ago.

Celebrated my aunt's birthday. We were 12 adults and 4 children and everyone enjoyed the meal and the amenities. Food was delicious from the appetizers to the main course( chicken, veal and lamb kebabs) as well as desserts. I paid 500 usd for all the food and the drinks for 12 people!!

Very tasty kebab:). What I advise you to try is the kebab that is cooked in house and not in the institution. The restaurant itself is also good, the kitchen is great, good pastries, great selection of wines. There are separate rooms.

The kitchen is nice, but repairs in the halls is already too old. A Soviet toilet on the ground floor is just awful for the institution which takes the same amount per person when ordering a Banquet.

Appricot wine is tasty. Dont order sashlyk which is dry and not tasty

Great Location! Contemporary finishing of the rooms. Very cosy mattress and bedding. Central AC includes heating mode. Very polite and helpful Receptionists and other Personnel.
