Very good hotel!

We were very pleased with our weekend stay in room 215. It's nice and spacious, with lots of mirrors and a balcony overlooking the main entrance. The room matches the photos on the website. The staff is attentive and friendly.

+ Very close to the airport. Pretty nice and quiet facility. Clean and comfortable room for a great price. They have two nice restaurants on a spot and a beautiful park next door. Strongly recommend.

Lived 28-29.10.2017. Room 1011. Has through AccorHotels. On 28 October I had a Birthday – 30 years. Wrote in advance a letter with a request to provide a room with a view of the Eiffel tower. Paid for a superior room ( rooms on the upper floors). At the reception we were greeted by a woman and sent to be issued to the neighboring stand (she was not up to us - she stood and dreamed of) to a man named Tawfiq.
Tawfiq shouting said: 1. My Birthday is my problem. He doesn't care.
2. What us a room overlooking Afilio the tower, if we only paid for 1 night?!
3. I wrote a letter AccorHotels, not the hotel personally, so what I promised Mr. Tawfiq anyway.
Mercure Eiffel Tower hotel is included in the Central network of the company AccorsHotel. Why the letter was written in AccorHotels sent to the Mercure Eiffel Tower Central?... And the main question: where to take the mail if the official website has only the email address to which I wrote.
The room was not even a card of congratulations. I got nasty, spoiled the mood and it's my Birthday, my Anniversary. With 27-28.10.2017 we lived in hotel opera Choise. The room had a card and chocolates from the hotel, I smiled and said happy Birthday. Although the hotel was cheaper and easier. There must be at least some kind of service?!?!

Not a bad hotel, good ratio quality/price.
Not far from the city centre. Ample free Parking. Spacious rooms, fresh renovation.
On the 3rd floor even has a "living area" - chinchilla and turtles :)
If you are traveling with children please note this hotel is a nice Playground and indoor pool (4h14m requires appointment).

The small and cosy hotel, Park in the residential area of the city. Cozy restaurant, a panorama café on the top floor. Sauna. Your Parking lot. Good group rates.

A wonderful hotel, with warm cosy rooms and a delicious Breakfast (buffet) in the restaurant "Winter garden".
Podesili to the hotel late at night, on the street -15'c asked over the phone that the room was warm. The staff for our arrival put an extra heater in the room was really warm and cozy!
Bathroom was also warm and most importantly clean washing!
The hotel in which you want to return.
