Reserved a sauna 5 days upfront, the owner asked for 500 UAH(50%) deposit. Two days before asked for cancellation since we got sick and asked for money back, refused to do so. At the end after warning of police and etc. finally gave up and returned 450. Enjoy your 50 UAH earned and a review, dude

Awful place. I wouldn’t recommend this.

Terrible place. We paid 2600 UAH per day with departure later for a couple of hours. The room is not worth half that amount. Bedding and towels are not the first and not even 10 freshness.
Everything is old, the doors broke as soon as we touched them, the toilet is leaking, the room is very cold, the heating is at a minimum, there is a draft in the room, we were with a small child asked to add heating, nothing was added. Power outages.
There were goosebumps in the room, a lot of goosebumps, the owner denied them too.
We had a view from the window of a neighboring cottage, although it was supposed to be a view of the mountains.
For food, they wanted to order pancakes, they said to wait at least an hour.
Of all that was there, I can only approve of the mattress. And we were lucky that we were there only a day.

We enjoyed our quadruple room on the 3rd floor. It has 2 bedrooms, without balcony. Staff is pleasant, supportive and reliable.As for our meals, we went to restraunt nearby (colyba).

It's ok for one night but facilities are no pretty bad
