We love this place and are celebrating New Year for the second time! Very warm and comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, kitchen with everything you need on the ground floor. Additionally, you can order breakfasts and dinners. Wonderful hosts!

Hof is a chic Transcarpathian estate with affordable prices for accommodation. The room is impeccable, there is everything and even more! We were especially pleased with the interior details with a Transcarpathian flavor - furniture, soft blankets, embroidery and an incredible view from the window to the mountains 🏔️ On the territory there is a separate covered gazebo, a swing, and a huge trampoline for children. Varied and delicious breakfasts, consisting of three dishes 👍 cost only 120 UAH. Within walking distance (5-7 min) from the estate is a new post office, an Aurora store, pharmacies, establishments with homemade food, shops, 600 m. railway station. Proximity to famous tourist resorts: distance to Bukovel 16 km, to Dragobrat 18 km. I would like to separately mention the wonderful hostess, Ms. Lyudmila, who has been in touch since the stage of booking the room, Mr. Yaroslav, and of course the sociable young lady Lesya, who made the vacation unforgettable 🥰 The owners of the estate are friendly, pleasant and very attentive to vacationers 👍 They respond instantly to any question or request and are ready to help, whether it's organizing an excursion, recommendations for local attractions, or minor household issues. I will gather a company and next time I will rest only at the Hof estate! I wish your business prosperity))

Very cozy estate. Friendly, polite and caring hosts.
The estate is located within walking distance of the railway station near the center of the village. Nearby is a grocery store, a Nova Poshta branch. It is possible to order delicious breakfasts. The rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, with a beautiful view from the windows.
The estate is especially suitable for holidays with children. There is a place for the little ones to run around.

Thank you Mr. Yaroslav and Ms. Lyudmila for a wonderful stay and hospitality. The rooms are cozy and very warm (I even asked Mr. Yaroslav to turn down the heating 🙂). The gazebo and rooms offer a wonderful view of the mountains. Ms. Lyudmila prepares delicious and varied breakfasts. During the week that I was there, there was something new every time. Another big plus is the supermarket and the new post office just 100 meters from the apartment. 3 minutes from the house there is a bridge overlooking a real mountain river - Chorna Tysa. The city center is only 7-10 minutes walk at an easy pace, where there is a bus station, various cafes, a tourist information center and ski equipment rental at very reasonable prices. The railway station is also 10 minutes walk away.

Thank you for the warm welcome the owners, have always been in touch, we answered all questions responded to all requests. We met late at night when we arrived after a long journey. For an extra fee you can purchase a delicious home-cooked breakfast and dinner. To Bukovel go by car 20min.
We will definitely return!

Wonderful mini-hotel with wonderful hosts. Very cozy rear wiper. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. The water in the tap from the well, you can just drink it, without bothering to boil, it is very tasty. From this place you can drive up to Dragobrat, and to Bukovel, and to Verkhovyna.
We wish the hosts always full load of guests !!!
