Our group of six received impeccable service. The menu we ordered was delicious. Our waiter, Alexey, was impressive. Everything we ordered from the menu was quite tasty, and despite the delay in ordering, it was a great experience.

The first thing we felt going into the room cold +15°C, it was before NG..., air conditioning was set +35°C, but an hour later, the temperature has increased. I never thought such service exists in Ukraine. And yet it does indeed. I spent a week there and would gladly repeat next time I'm to Odessa. Wow! Everything was so great: breakfast, room, location, etc.! Thanks a lot for the service! The only disappointment was the towel warmer which was not working and it was a problem as there was no place to dry the swimming suits. Alright, I spend a fair share of my time in hotels, so for a 3-star hotel these guys did well.
