Cute little boutique hotel right on Deribassovskaia. If you are looking for a super affordable hotel with great design and service, look no further. The hotel exceeded our expectations and the location was unbeatable. We were looking for a centrally located hotel to spend Christmas time sampling gourmet food in Odessa. Tons of good restaurants nearby - our faves LouLou for breakfast, Mussels bar for brunch, Rebernea for ribs and Cafe Central for gourmet tea (raspberry and passion fruit tea).

Details that matter and you should pay attention to if choosing this hotel:

- we loved the room, even if it was the smallest room i've seen in a hotel; the tall 3m historic ceiling adds visual space; great shower area with glass door and hot water; soft drapes and wall art add coziness to the room. We could hear some outside noise from the air-conditioning system under our window, but it did not bother us (we came to have fun!). Most rooms do not have a view (the windows look at some old rooftops), there are also rooms without windows. Sound proofing is average.

- nice (inexpensive) contemporary design with attention to detail. The blue-gray interior is gorgeous; cosy coffee shop which doubles as the foyer and serves good cappuccino.

-we did not have breakfast, but it is a limited choice served-to-order in the foyer/coffeeshop area.

Overall a great experience. Thank you! We will be back.

I always stay here when possible
Very convenient position right in the centre. Comfortable bed, pillows and nice linen. Always have enjoyed my stays here, and very happy to recomment this boutique hotel in Odesa. Staff very helpful, from front desk to housekeeping. Special shoutout to the barrista for lovely coffee each morning.

Very cozy and nice hotel. Clean rooms, bath & bed. Personal from reception was friendly. Breakfast was a bit small but tasty. We enjoyed staying.

Small hotel but well organized space, I personally like the design and colors used. Clean and neat. Good location. No elevator.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is well balanced and satisfying (you can also order it to your room).
Only 4 stars because it seems that the bathroom has lack of space and useful details. Ventilation is good.

We've stayed in almost every room type, and everything is always excellent. But our last stay was in a Standard Room with a dormer window—and it's now my favorite! It's a little more spacious than a standard room, and you can feel it. There's a window if you need some fresh air, but the noise from Deribasovskaya Street, especially in the evenings, isn't as distracting as in other rooms, and there's a curtain on the window. So if you need quiet, comfortable accommodations, and especially if you're traveling with a child, this is perfect! Everyone slept well and had a wonderful time! Thanks everyone!

This is very nice place for a drink, coffee or wine, with carefully prepared pastry, meat, and dessert. The location is great, right across the street to the famous Passage and at the edge of the City Garden. The staff was helpful and professional, more importantly, they speak English!
