I don't usually write reviews, but the stay was so disastrous that I would like to advise other travellers against this hotel.
First of all - the staff was okay. However, the rooms are an imposition. There is no insulation, you can hear everything. Sleeping without earplugs is not possible. Furthermore, the bed is incredibly uncomfortable, you feel every spring.

The room and the service was OK but i'm very unhappy about breakfast. I've paid upfront for two breakfast's. In the first day the breakfast was more than 1 hour late, the servig size was so small that the child would still be hungry, the scrambled eggs were cold and so on... After that we wanted to resign from the breakfast the next day but the hotel said that they cannot do money return and tommorow the breakfast wont be late and the servnig size will be bigger. As sait it was better but still woulndnt reccomend

Do not ever go there. The girl at the reception is awesome but her boss is pathetic. Had a very bad experience. Checked out in 5 hours. Though I was booked for 2 days. No refund no communication. High of arrogance.

HORROR place for people sensitive to sounds and noise!!! 24 h, non stop working machine for heating n heating water!!! All the time, NON STOP, 24 hours a day!!! You can hear the machineall the time in yourroom ... - I just couldn't sleep there!
Otherwise it is quite ok, well decorated, quite friendly staff, thank you.
Just 2 metres next door you find Frapolli 21 hotel a little bit more expensive but ( but if you stay longer they lower the price) but it is QUIET n elegant n clean and really friendly n modern n enjoyable n ABSOLUTELY AMAZING food!
Otherwise it is quite ok, well decorated, quite friendly staff, thank you.

Favorable location.Hotel not new but clean and reasonable maintained, we had some problems with outlet and heating on weekends stay. I hope already fixed. Nice staff. Breakfast - three options to choose from ( fried egg, omlet , cheese pancakes plus tost bread with slce of sausage and cheese) .
