Two stars goes to the room and the view ...
My reservation was for 2 days and we thought about to stay 5 days more but then we saw the stuff they were disrespectful and not professional at all !!! If you have a hotel you should expect residents from other countries
I was at the beach side and the man who is responsible about the towels he was talking Ukrainian and i told him I don’t speak Ukrainian is there something wrong? And he started to laughing at my face and speak Ukrainian Even though the day before he was talking English with me ! That’s kind of racism !!!!!! The manager she was nice she understood everything but also I don’t think she’s professional too because what happened makes me feel uncomfortable!

Yesterday was there heavy rain and the hotel got flooded, our room was full of water and our baggages was flooded too. They moved us to upper rooms but they asked us the next day to move back to the flooded room. We asked them to change the room but they rejected .The staff was rude and they did not offer any support. Forcing us to check out the hotel.

The place

Upon check-in the front desk claimed credit cards couldn't be taken and cash only would be required. Not until my Russian speaking partner, insisted they imprint our card did they check us in. Upon checkout 4 nights later they insisted we pay cash again refusing our cards, instructing us to go to a city bank for cash. Not until my Russian speaking partner threatened to checkout without paying did they all of a sudden accept payment with credit cards. Beware to anticipate this shake down. Two out of 3 of our rooms had air conditioning that failed to work intermittently or completely. Two rooms had phones that failed to work. On the second evening after returning from a late night out we returned to a hotel completely locked out with no card access. We had to find a service door left open that led to the unfinished part of the hotel, after negotiating several floors and hallways under construction in the dark we finally managed to make it to the lobby, once inside the staff member appeared from an area where they were sleeping. We assume he chose to lock the hotel up so he could sleep. The complimentary breakfast is substandard, it serves until 11 am but all food from the buffet was empty by 10 am and not replenished. We opted to go elsewhere for the remaining three days for breakfasts. Only service by staff for food and drink by the pool patio is adequate. So if you are hungry, grab your cash and eat your meals on the sundeck. A beautiful city with beautiful people but this hotel can only hope to Cuba standards within 3 to 5 years.

The hotel corresponds to the declared parameters. It's not finished yet, and already all rusty. Sea spoils littered with junk stump “beach”. The rooms are the price lists for furniture, fridge, condoms, indicating bydlovatost the main contingent. Staff - I have a maid stole out of the bag!!!!! perfume. The guards will not open the barrier until, until you search through the entire room and not to make sure you didn't steal anything, they don't care what are you waiting for, the maid will not be particularly in a hurry. I sat in the car for 10 minutes until the security guard opened. I do not advise you to stay here. This is not a 5*, this is the usual shovels importation.
