Thank you, Duke Hotel, for your cooperation. They accommodated all meeting participants, provided ample parking, delicious breakfasts and pastries, a wonderful location, and attentive, friendly staff. Early check-in and late check-out are possible. The hotel offers numerous conference rooms of varying sizes and configurations. Technicians and support staff were always available within seconds. The rooms are well-ventilated and feature various lighting options. Acoustics and microphones provide additional comfort during the event. Background music was played throughout, the room was soundproofed, and ventilation was possible. All the amenities were provided. The client's wishes were fully addressed. The proximity to the Opera House creates a special atmosphere in our city. Thank you for your service and hospitality.

Amazing hotel! I stayed there for 3 days. - Cleanliness and service are excellent. - Wonderful, comfortable spa area with relaxing lounge music: a medium-sized counter-current pool, an odor-free hammam (alas, the specific smell is their problem), an excellent sauna. - The rooms are cozy, clean, and very comfortable. Everything you need is in the room. - The breakfast is delicious, for every taste and desire. - Polite and attentive staff. Thank you 🙏 I would be happy to stay with you again 💗

We stay at this hotel regularly. Everything is top notch. The rooms and the hotel are impeccably clean. The staff is very polite and ready to help with any questions. The breakfasts are delicious. We dined in the hotel restaurant a couple of times – the food was delicious and the service was superb.

Perfect Everything was 5 stars . The room is great very large with very nice bed housekeeping was very efficient. The restaurant was very good. Sauna and indoor pool are very nice. The staff are all very professional . Especially Nadiia who works at the reception. She is always working and very nice and helpful.

Extremely pleasant hotel!!! We felt like in a family, in the times of war this hotel is functioning phenomenally well, people are friendly and breakfast is all you need! Bomb shelter is there and you can hide in underground swimming pool area. Light is never off, we felt safe in the hotel! Pls they organised flowers and cake for my 40th birthday by my husband’s request and we happily celebrated it in my beloved home city of Odesa! My English husband said that he felt very safe in the city thank to Ribas Duke! We are very grateful!! Location is top notch, near to everything. We will be coming back again and again 😍😍😍😍😍

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Beautiful historic building, good service with friendly staff, clean, comfortable, and breakfast. Hotel has a spa and pool. Located right by the opera house

I can only say amazing things about the staff and service at this place. It's located in a quiet street but super close to all the party and restaurant areas. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is because of internet connectivity that could have been stronger as I actually needed it for the days I was working and/or calling back home. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would be back again for sure! Thanks again!

A good hotel in the heart of the city, with rooms with 4-meter ceilings. It's 20 meters from the opera house, located on a quiet side street. The reception staff is excellent. The food is delicious, and the restaurant has an open kitchen, so you can watch your meal being prepared. The rooms are well-maintained, with good soundproofing and a decent selection of toiletries. The two-room suite has two bathrooms, making it convenient. A room with a balcony is a must-have for those who enjoy morning coffee and a croissant. Minor drawbacks: the jacuzzi needs cleaning; rust started to form when we turned it on. The doorman was a bit lazy; when we arrived at the hotel by taxi in the evening, he looked and was too lazy to open the door.

Great place, with good breakfast and nice rooms. A bit lacking in trust as they check the towel-count in the room at checkout. This may be more normal in the Ukraine than in Norway however.

Great interior and a big sitting area in the Opera garden. Prices are less than average in the city centre. Food is good. I have had both breakfast, lunch and dinner here. Good and efficient service

Very good atmosphere, relaxed place, good salad, Kachapuri and the mussels with curry were delicious and perfect for our taste, but be aware a little bit spicy.

Not the cheapest place to eat but the service, location and atmosphere are great. You get to eat outside in Opera's garden if you wish. When it's hot, they create share and a breeze to make their outdoor seating wonderful. Also the serving of food is very pretty. You need at least 200 gvn per person.
