Central Nice old hotel, Very central. Quite a lot of traffic noise. Bar and cafeteria not open. But enough to choose from across the street. Nice old fashioned room with balcony.

The staff were all friendly. Location is prime for the city center. The room had a large balcony overlooking to the street but it was quiet and well shaded by the trees. It was s classic room with an actual key instead of a key card but that just adds to the charm. Having breakfast in the enclosed front terrace was a great way to start the day. I'll be happy to stay there again.

The rooms are very spacious and with the balconies reaching into the trees on the street, there's a calmness about the place that lays over all the fun things that are right there in Odesa.

I chose Frapolli for my bachelorette party. I looked at a lot of apartments and hotels, but unfortunately, the interiors of most didn't match the prices. I booked a junior suite for three here. We've had a pleasant weekend stay in the hotel room with terrace. The view from the terrace is fantastic. Although the terrace was too hot before noon we've enjoyed sunrise and evening time there.

I stayed on the 10th floor with a view towards the mosque. The room had a good standard, was clean and I liked both bed and pillows. AC and wireless internet worked fine. Only issue with the room was the paper thin doors. If you have noisy people in the corridor you will be disturbed. Location is good. Check-in was a breeze. I never tried the breakfast. This was our first time at BLACK SEA CENTRAL and we chose Superior Room 1050. We sincerely thank you for the cleanliness of the room, which felt like home. It was a pleasure, and not at all squeamish, to use the bathroom and relax on the snow-white bed. The receptionists and maids were incredibly helpful and friendly. This hotel is far above expectations. We booked on Wednesday night (due to my wife's birthday on Thursday). Honestly, the staff is excellent and the manager of serving was really fantastic (i am sorry, I do not remember his name) but he was at his heels all the time.
