Boutique Hotel Dacha Lanzheron in Odessa

DO NOT stay at Cottage Lanzheron/ Dacha Lanzheron! Don't ruin your stay in Odesa!

1) I was supposed to check in at 8 am on Saturday (standard at noon), which was possible after the confirmation from the host. I got the confirmation! However, when I arrived at the hotel receptionist told me that all rooms were booked. I tried to explain that I got confirmation and showed an email stating the 8 am check-in time. The girl at reception tried to convince me that I never got such approval and that they don't do this. I asked her what should I do and what are the options? She showed me the door and to come back at noon!!! Thanks for letting me leave my duffle bag at the reception, though :) It's pretty freezing in October next to the sea, but the sunrise was terrific!

2) I came back at noon super tired from night travel and killing 4 hours until check-in. A new girl (new shift) at reception told me that my room has a park view. I was booking a room with a sea view! I asked her to change the room for what I paid. The receptionist told me that I had booked a room without a sea view. Once again, I showed their room description at Airbnb, and it had a picture of a sea view. Then, we got into arguments about the room.
In the end, the receptionist said that I'm a cheap person who booked the cheapest room and wanted to have a sea view! The Park view room is at the same level as a pedestrian walk and significantly close the window. Unless you like zero privacy, it's highly uncomfortable to stay without curtains closed.

Long story short, I never got my sea view room, no apologies, nothing to smooth or fix the situation. The only thing you can get from the place is the highly boorish behavior of the staff and destroyed weekend!
