Premier Hotel Odesa in Odessa

I love it! It's newly renovated. Everything is clean and tasteful. The interior designer did a great job. The service is superb!!! We came here for a vacation with a group of 170 people. They helped us set up the sound and display the video on the screen... The breakfasts are very good. There's a wide variety of dishes to choose from. There's a spa and a gym. You won't regret your choice!

The hotel is located near the botanical garden, within walking distance of the sea, a health trail, and the embankment is 650 meters from the hotel. Convenient parking and very attentive staff. The breakfast restaurant is large and spacious, with varied and delicious breakfasts. Near the hotel exit is a good restaurant with a summer terrace, "Three Lambs," which offers meat, drinks, and hookah. Great views from the windows; you can hear birds singing from the botanical garden in the morning. We really liked it and will stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is very good! There are some nuances, such as parking difficulties, but this is more a compliment to the chain than to the owner, because there is no better praise than people who come back again! The floor in the spa area is very slippery; my child personally fell a couple of times. Children slip, and so do adults. Another issue is the questionnaire in the rooms and the lack of a pen to fill it out. There is also the issue of not providing toiletries (cotton swabs, a comb, etc.), but these are nuances! The staff is so high-quality that after staying, you notice and don't want to lower these stars in the review! We arrived late at night, the valet apologized a million times for not being able to park us, helped us deliver our things to the room, and the restaurant-style drying service in the room is impressive! You can't fool anyone with speed anymore; the politeness, smiles, and attitude towards children of the ordinary staff overshadowed everything! Girls, housekeeping is love! You can't really see them, but they changed the towels, replenished the water and trash bags, and washed the sinks—all in two minutes while we were getting ready for the spa! The restaurant and breakfast! My child loves cocoa, which isn't on the menu, but the bar made it for us in the mornings absolutely free, even though I offered to pay extra! The reception desk felt like such close friends that I could have stayed there for an hour just chatting! After the spa, when we were carrying our child out, we asked for two towels, and the girls let us take them to the room without question, a real treat! This is very nice these days! Overall, I'm sure the hotel will eliminate all the nuances! The people who work there completely outshone them! Wishing you only prosperity! Until next time!

I agree with comments, saying that the best days of this hotel have already passed, but still we had a great stay. Hotel/ room was cozy, spacious, cool (very important when its hot outside), with all the necessary equipment. Also location is good if you are interested in more silent surroundings (further from the center) and a sea nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you!

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at in Ukraine. We loved the spa, the pool, and the three different saunas; we even extended our stay by a day. The buffet was delicious and varied, and the staff was well-trained and polite. The renovations and appliances were top-notch and well-designed. All of this left us with a very positive impression. We're now looking forward to visiting hotels in other cities from this chain. We'll recommend it to our friends and will definitely be back.

Just completly renovated. Top service. Clean room. Fantastic breakfast. Good location and there is a nice bar on the 16th floor. Affordable price. My recommendations!!!
