We stayed in September 2020. We escaped the hustle and bustle of Kyiv for a weekend. The hotel is located in Odessa, near Lanzheron Beach, on a hill, offering a magnificent sea view from the room. The hotel is small, modern, and well-renovated. It features a pool, jacuzzi, and restaurant. There's a small parking lot, but it's best to book in advance. The staff is very friendly, and we checked in very quickly. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The soundproofing is excellent (you can't hear the music from the neighboring restaurant right under the windows if you close the balcony doors). The hotel offers excellent breakfasts, with a variety of fish, meat, cheese, and eggs in all forms, all available à la carte. There's also a very good restaurant open for both daytime and evening meals. We loved the cocktail menu. It's a 7-minute walk to the beach along a health trail down some steps, and the return walk is a bit longer, but there's plenty of shade. A great place to get away for a weekend.

Lovely and quiet hotel with a beautiful pool and view of the sea. We stayed for a weekend and had a great time. The staff (reception, restaurant, and cleaning) were all super. The food at the restaurant was reasonably-priced and delicious. We will stay again the next time we visit Odesa.

5 stars hotel with very high user rating and expensive price raised expectations. But very disappointing for the price in Ukraine you can get way better for cheaper even in war time

The main problem of this hotel is its people, that is, the staff. Girls at the reception, waiters, security guards - the low professional level of these people clearly does not correspond to a “5 star boutique hotel”. So, in order: 1. Girls at the reception. A few days before check-in, I called several times and wrote through the Booking message system that I was planning to celebrate my birthday at this hotel and it was very important that we could use the pool and have assigned seats. In response, they assured me several times that for them “places for hotel guests are always a priority and they definitely will be.” To my question, is it possible to book 2 sun loungers - the girl from the reception answered me in several telephone conversations that there is no need - there will be sun loungers. The day before check-in, I called the reception again and asked the same question, to which the girl already doubted and replied that she “hoped that there would be sunbeds.” Such uncertainty confused me and I asked to book 2 sun loungers and duplicated this in a message through the Booking system. On the day of check-in, Beach Boy had a hard time finding 2 sun loungers for us on the second line of the pool. The next day of our stay, my wife and I arrived at the pool at 9:20 am, and there were only a few people in the entire pool. We headed to two sun loungers in the first line in the center and began to settle down. A whip boy came up to us and said that these sunbeds were reserved (although there were no signs about reservation, nothing), and in general the entire first row, in his words, was “booked.” I went to the reception to see the girl administrator and called her to go down to the pool and explain the situation. To which she replied that there are “regular guests” for whom they reserve sunbeds. In fact, it turned out that some of the places for “regular guests” were given not to people living in the hotel at all, but to some incomprehensible “bloggers”. A separate story is the waiters who serve non-alcoholic drinks instead of paid alcoholic drinks. And the security guards who loaded someone else’s luggage into our car without checking where it was.

The Hotel Panorama is simply excellent. It’s so good, I don’t really want anyone else to know about it.
Lovely setting, amazing views over the Black Sea. Quite exclusive. Only thirty three rooms. The pool was hardly ever busy.
Very helpful staff. I can’t name them all but I can mention Natalie, restaurant manager, and ladies in reception like Anika and Inna.
Breakfasts were excellent. Our room was great. It’s all good. I’ve got nothing bad to say about it.

Spent here 2 nights in the end of the May. Clean, spacious rooms with a beautiful sea view. We had the room with the balcony and sofa. I guess these are the best rooms. The staff was courteous and friendly. Very good food. The only issue they have its with the parking space but this is also solvable. Next trip to Odessa will be staying also here for sure.
