Excellent hotel. We got a free room upgrade. Thank you))) There's a courtyard and balconies in the rooms. The reception is very helpful. And the restaurant is delicious. I recommend it.

A nice hotel. The interior is top-notch, with excellent attention to detail and choice of finishing materials and fittings. I really liked the courtyard; it creates a cozy atmosphere and a space where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city and relax.

This hotel is awesome, no doubt about it. If you have the money, especially for business travel, book it without hesitation. I'd classify it as a business hotel for business people. It's stylish, has a great courtyard, and smells delicious. The room isn't cheap, but you wouldn't be embarrassed to bring a girl to it. But if you're a student who likes to party, the Amsterdam Hotel is a better choice.

unique experience, young staff kind and professional, the hotel is located in the center convenient to all services. magnificent and well-kept breakfast. rooms always at the top. I stayed there 6 days, and I still want to go there! good all, my holiday was always accompanied by smiles. and the icing on the cake and that the kitchen open 24/24 and the bar make the experience unique, even in a historical period like this. a sweet greeting to the receptionists and also to my trusted barman always with a smile. good guys 👏👏👏

Excellent hotel! Can't say any different. Especially because of its friendly staff. The receptionist in charge spoke multiple languages and made all communication very easy.

The hotel itself was as clean as you want it to be and the rooms were very comfortable! Good bathrooms as well. Staff at the bar and restaurant were very friendly. The hotel is close to almost anything you would want to see: the Otrada beach, the Taras Shevchenko Park and the city centre.

In short: would definitely recommend.

+ Location was perfect, close to everything, and away from the noise. Breakfast was delicious and has enough varieties. I reserved a superior room got a suite when I checked-in. Spacious wonderful suite with a kitchenette. Sparkling clean! Excellent friendly staff

Hospitality is knowing how to make the guest comfortable. And you don't know, pretty looks and great furniture isn't everything. Bad staff that doesn't know how to manage their relationship with their customers
