Hospitality is knowing how to make the guest comfortable. And you don't know, pretty looks and great furniture isn't everything. Bad staff that doesn't know how to manage their relationship with their customers

In general it is good, clean and modern, good soundproofing and bathroom, new furniture, perfect service and area. I had cozy but small room and without table, so hard to work; if you connect 2 beds, you won't get 1 kingsize or just big bed, only discomfort.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and only slightly expensive. I recommend changing the delicious buffet breakfast menu a bit more each day for more variety.

Very new, clean and comfortable Hotel in the heart of Odessa. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast-buffet is very tasty. I enjoed my stay very much and I like to come again soon.

A very stylish new hotel. Liked: the layout and design, the use of high quality materials: stone, wood, glass, metal. Vintage style: art Deco. Plumbing, air conditioning great. The bathroom is great: high-tech and application of glass and stone, highlighting. Textile-bed linen and towels the Suite.Breakfast is high-level, diverse products, good clean dishes and Cutlery, attentive waiters. Have not figured out how to use a towel and if it works. From the comments-a small Park and a headboard from a bed, this place is a pit due to the use of the mechanism of transformation. It would be nice to lay something, so as not to fall pillows. Also for guests with bulky Luggage will be small wardrobe. I would like to wish to improve the soundproofing of one front door is not enough. It is desirable to do one more door that separates the room to the noise of visitors from the corridor penetrated the room. But overall, I highly recommend to visit all the guests of Odessa. Given the location, the hotel is perfect for tourists. In walking distance to the main attractions of the city.
