What a fantastic place!!! The room was excellent. But the breakfast... Superb! I was amazed not only by the variety and quality, but also by the cuisine itself. Both the breakfast and the service were top-notch! You were wonderful! Thank you for your experience.

An excellent hotel with wonderful breakfasts, impeccable cleanliness, and very attentive and responsive staff! The hotel has a great children's play area, which is essential when vacationing with children. Cons: the pools are unheated and the access to the sea is poor.

The ‘Club’ is at best a 3 Star property right on the sea, there is no beach. The junior suite at at over US$ 600 per night was extremely bad value being an under furnished, boringly decorated room with a defective a/c system (which the ‘engineer’ was unable to fix) and a temperamental toilet! The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, prioritising Ukrainian customers over us foreigners. If you ask them to book a taxi, don’t expect them to do so until you remind them, preferably twice. The menu appeared impressive but unfortunately the quality fell far short of the description and the photos. An incredibly disappointing waste of time and money.

This Hotel offers an exceptional good service and exceptional good breakfasts and meals. The room and the hotel was was kept at all time very clean.
The architecture with view on the sea was just amazing. I would strongly recommend to book a room with sea-view, unfortunately for me all sea-view rooms were already booked. (no negative rating for this). The interior Design is even very stylish and even in a seamless design flow to all parts of the hotel, well done!
The access to the sea is limited, at the evening there are many fishers in the front of the hotel. Next to the hotel there is an other big hotel, unfortunately we had a new construction site next to the hotel, the noise was just one (week) day louder.
The access to the city center is good, you can choose to move through a very nice park or normal roads.

Pricing was in the upper level for the destination, but overall experience too.

I was only one night on a business trip in Odessa. Receptionist friendly, room ok, very loud, was not on the sea side, then opposite of a construction area of the next hotel. Breakfast limited. Nice and cosy bar, nice view from the restaurants but would not go second time to this hotel.

The people are absolutely amazing truly beautiful people and great service. The view is amazing and one of the best breakfast I have ever had. Be nice to the staff they are amazing

The begining I was impressed, it's on the beach. I arrived early and the staff did a good getting me a room earlier than normal check-in. This place is very clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast here is really good. The showers are amazing! The upstairs bar has good views. The problem is my AC doesn't work, it's 28 c in my room (hot). The TV comes on but nothing on the screen. Also the jacuzzi is not heated, they explained to me that it means it blows bubbles, its not to be heated. They also state there are two pools, but only have one. My second day all the elevators broke. The cost was high for this place, you can find better for this price.

The hotel does not match the stars. The best part is the staff at the hotel. To him no complaints at all. I would also like to describe negative emotions. Price (for this hotel unrealistically high), no beach as such (there is a plate with which a sharp descent into the water via steps), all the water that can be taken on the bar is recorded on the room number (i.e. it comes at a price). But most of all struck by the restaurant. Not that five stars, two with the stretch will give. The first morning at Breakfast we forgot the baby's breastbone, after my return I was told that it was probably thrown away.... Okay... From the menu - all very sad. Children's menu - Burger and fries or mashed potatoes with mushroom sauce, etc... But even worse is the purity.... My kid accidentally turned the Cup with a napkin and from there fell dead gnats and moths... the remark about the waitresses told me that these cups last night stood on the street, and there animals....
