not a super pleasant experience. the apartment was ok for the price (although at checkin it was suddenly 30% higher than previously confirmed by phone), but quite dirty. stains on bed linen, dirty surfaces on tables and other furniture, sticky light switches and what not. we agreed on paying for the next night or checkout by 12 at the reception, yet on both days the manager would come knock on the apartment door at 11:50 and act very pushy. we also agreed beforehand that i could leave my luggage after checkout, yet when i came to the reception for it, she first wanted to charge for it and then changed her mind and just threw me out. which would be somewhat understandable if i had been very obnoxious, but that was definitely not the case. conversation was super minimal (i speak some ukrainian but not ruzzian) and always very polite, the last interaction being with the translator app.

I really enjoyed the place. It is kept clean. The bed was comfortable.

Dear hotel management, if you think it's okay to try to charge your card twice within 20 minutes and then immediately cancel the reservation because the payment failed (because I haven't yet noticed it and the internet limit has been removed), you're mistaken. At the very least, you should contact the client, or at the very most, try again in an hour. These are standard unspoken rules for booking and communicating with clients in general.
Now I have nowhere to stay the day before my trip, as weekend demand is insane. We'll never even try to book your hotel again. :)

The room was clean but doesn’t have a window in the room. The hotel staff was so helpful but only things that they can’t speak english. Location of the hotel was good.

2 stars for good cake and 3 for decorations. Other foods are not tasty. Staff trying take your money for bad serves. Touristic place for one visit.

Great interior and a big sitting area in the Opera garden. Prices are less than average in the city centre. Food is good. I have had both breakfast, lunch and dinner here. Good and efficient service

Great Ukrainian food amazing atmosphere you can dine on the garden or indoors, the foods is super.

Very good atmosphere, relaxed place, good salad, Kachapuri and the mussels with curry were delicious and perfect for our taste, but be aware a little bit spicy.

Not the cheapest place to eat but the service, location and atmosphere are great. You get to eat outside in Opera's garden if you wish. When it's hot, they create share and a breeze to make their outdoor seating wonderful. Also the serving of food is very pretty. You need at least 200 gvn per person.
