You may wait half an hour to open the door to reach your room. Quite disappointed reception may be watching series and don’t care how much you wait

Very terrible service, the call was answered by a manager with low communication and mental abilities. We asked for two double rooms, without accommodation, so that people could leave their things. To which we received an answer, the hotel's internal rules - this is not allowed. Please state all the hotel rules - we cannot accommodate you. So many room orders, without accommodation, that you can be negligent?

We rested on New Year's Eve 2022, Everything is super! Clean, stylish. There are rooms on Deribasovskaya street. There is a technical room with dishes, a microwave, an iron! Thanks to the administrator Tatyana! I tried many hotels, now we will only stay in Donalde!

Great hotel!! Great staff! Everything is clean, tidy and top notch! The location is just awesome! City center - theater, Potemkin stairs, funicular, everything is nearby!! In the evening a great variety of restaurants and cafes! BUT despite this location, the room is quiet and peaceful!

2 stars for good cake and 3 for decorations. Other foods are not tasty. Staff trying take your money for bad serves. Touristic place for one visit.

Great interior and a big sitting area in the Opera garden. Prices are less than average in the city centre. Food is good. I have had both breakfast, lunch and dinner here. Good and efficient service

Great Ukrainian food amazing atmosphere you can dine on the garden or indoors, the foods is super.

Try to book before coming so you can get garden table if you want when we went there it was already full and they asked if we had reservation

Very good atmosphere, relaxed place, good salad, Kachapuri and the mussels with curry were delicious and perfect for our taste, but be aware a little bit spicy.
We even ordered extra bread to finish this amazing curry sauce

Not the cheapest place to eat but the service, location and atmosphere are great. You get to eat outside in Opera's garden if you wish. When it's hot, they create share and a breeze to make their outdoor seating wonderful. Also the serving of food is very pretty. You need at least 200 gvn per person.
