I stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend.The hotel in general is ok.However there are minuses as well.The rooms aren’t cleaned every day and towels aren’t changed everyday. Garbage isn’t taken out daily. Plus my girlfriend had to ask for more towels because by the time she arrived to the hotel there were only 2 and the guy whom she asked about towels answered something like”aren’t 2 towels enough for you “ Breakfast was another story. In the evening no one asked us about breakfast and my girlfriend had to do it herself. The second breakfast was the same as first eggs sausages and juices. a guy was really surprised to see us cuz he thought we weren’t going to do breakfast also today, well we kind of booked the rooms with 3 breakfasts included, you should really learn something about service. I’m not going to stay at your hotel once again.

It's a good hotel.
Although the hallway initially resembles a hostel, at least the standard rooms are very cozy.
The staff are helpful, and the rooms are cleaned every day. Although this was a bit of a downside for me, as I'm extremely distrustful of everyone, and the hotel contract states that they are not responsible for lost items.
Nevertheless, the guys at reception were always extremely friendly and helpful at any time. They brought a sheet to make up the bed, although there were no blankets. They put the shower door back in place (not my handiwork) and were helpful.

I came for two days on business. My secretary chose the hotel, but in the end, I was happy with everything. I parked right at the hotel entrance in a well-lit area. The suite is really big, definitely over 20 square meters. Everything is new, with a very good shower and hand shower, and a tropical rainfall. The room is beautifully decorated; everything is truly wooden. The best thing is that the window overlooks a quiet courtyard. A month ago, I stayed overnight on Deribasovskaya Street. It's impossible to sleep there even with the windows closed; the noise is so loud. The city center is just a few minutes' drive away. The breakfast is very good, filling. I was glad that they had decent coffee from the coffee machine, and not filter coffee like some hotels. I paid for breakfast separately, and it was very inexpensive. I needed breakfast very early for work. They arranged for me to have breakfast for 6:45 without any problem (it was scheduled later). Overall, it's a perfectly normal, good hotel at a good price.

Breakfast was a different story 🙄; it felt like the hotel staff doesn't understand customer service at all. I booked a three-night stay with breakfast included. Be prepared for it to be prepared by the same person who works at reception, but oh well. On the first evening, I asked what time breakfast was, and they agreed on 9:00 AM. Breakfast included eggs, sausages, croissants, juice, and fruit. When serving salad leaves, remember to wash them first, not serve them with bits of dirt on them. The second day we went for breakfast, and the guy there asked in surprise, "Do you want breakfast today?" This is a strange question, considering the reservation clearly stated three breakfasts. They ended up throwing together the exact same breakfast as yesterday, only this time they only got one egg each. Unfortunately, they were all gone. 😂 They served it with the same fruit that was left over from yesterday. Given this kind of "service," we declined the third breakfast. Fix the spiral staircase.

I needed to stay in Odessa for a month for work. I couldn't find an apartment, as almost no one rents out apartments for a month, or they rent them at a high price. I decided to stay at the Garden Hotel. The hotel manager gave me a good discount, for which I'm especially grateful :)
I chose a Deluxe room. It's large, bright, and tastefully furnished. The hotel is new, the furniture and fixtures are new, the bed is comfortable, and the carpeted floor is pleasant to walk on barefoot. I rented it in February and March, and the room was warm and had constant hot water. The room also had a refrigerator and high-speed internet, which was important for my work. The staff was friendly. They always smiled and asked if everything was okay. Overall, I liked the Garden Hotel. I plan to come back in the summer, but for vacation, and I'll definitely stay with you again.
