Visited as a couple, overall we were satisfied, polite staff, safe and quiet place, but there is something more to add in terms of comfort details (bathrobes, shoehorn, clothes brush, disposable personal hygiene products)

The hotel is in the heart of the city, clean, spacious room, attentive staff, online support 24/7. They allowed us to leave our things for free both before check-in and after check-out. Great hotel, only positive impressions.

hotel is on the second floor consisting 8-10 rooms. entrance of the building is not maintained by the hotel therefore do not expect a nicely furnished lobby or a lobby at all. and if you can forget about the building entrance, hotel itself is pretty decent. Rooms were clean and some of them has a nice view of deribasovskaya. Staff was very helpfull as well. But beware only one of them knew english at the time I was there. If you only look for a spot to sleep only this is one of the best options just next to opera house and begining of the deribasovskaya street

Good hotel, with bathroom, high ceilings and comfortable seating. Surprisingly, in the city center during the day, people were not particularly heard outside the window and it was possible to sleep after a long journey.
And also, thanks to the girl at the reception, they advised me an excellent hairdresser and salon, where they gave me a good manicure.

Yes, I almost forgot - you can order food in the room.

Park, silence, peace, no extras on the territory ... complete relaxation. I would especially like to note the delicious coffee in the restaurant. I am glad that there are always current promotions and special offers that allow you to choose a decent vacation for any budget. I'm happy!

2 stars for good cake and 3 for decorations. Other foods are not tasty. Staff trying take your money for bad serves. Touristic place for one visit.

Great interior and a big sitting area in the Opera garden. Prices are less than average in the city centre. Food is good. I have had both breakfast, lunch and dinner here. Good and efficient service

Great Ukrainian food amazing atmosphere you can dine on the garden or indoors, the foods is super.

Try to book before coming so you can get garden table if you want when we went there it was already full and they asked if we had reservation

Very good atmosphere, relaxed place, good salad, Kachapuri and the mussels with curry were delicious and perfect for our taste, but be aware a little bit spicy.
We even ordered extra bread to finish this amazing curry sauce

Not the cheapest place to eat but the service, location and atmosphere are great. You get to eat outside in Opera's garden if you wish. When it's hot, they create share and a breeze to make their outdoor seating wonderful. Also the serving of food is very pretty. You need at least 200 gvn per person.
