Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel!
The rooms have everything you need: air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, excellent Wi-Fi. If necessary, you can always get clean towels and fresh bedding. There is convenient parking on the territory and, very importantly, shelter.

I would like to separately note the delicious coffee on the first floor ☕ and the extremely kind owner, who will always help and tell you where it is better to go near the hotel.

Only pleasant impressions remain, we will be happy to come back again!

Wonderful cozy hotel, friendly owner, good service, value for money. 20 minutes walk to the sea, all amenities are near the hotel. Considering the prices in Odessa, this is the best option.

The location of the apartments is beautiful, the sea is nearby, considering how much I like to walk and look around 😇 There is also a black elite ATB near the apartments with a large assortment of goods, Eva is nearby and a store opposite Kopiyka with affordable prices. There is public transport nearby if you need it. The apartments themselves are convenient, comfortable, my room has a beautiful view from the window of a luxurious tree, which creates coziness and beauty in the courtyard, where you can drink your morning coffee 🥰 Comfortable bed, there is air conditioning which is also important, also a refrigerator where you can store cool drinks in the heat, there is a kettle and in the hall there is a microwave with a coffee machine. There is parking in the courtyard, you can not worry about your car. The administrator was very polite and responsive to us ☺️ he easily answered all my questions about where, what, where and how to get there. I really liked it here, I recommend this location to everyone, you will have a great time here 😊😉

We rested together with my girlfriend, 2 nights. We left a pleasant impression! The rooms are small, clean and cozy. There is everything you need. The hotel manager went to meet us and organized an early check-in. Thank you for your hospitality! We hope to come back again!
