This hotel is nowhere near 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The staff was consistently rude, and the maids in particular were extremely unpleasant. The room itself was unacceptable — there was mold in the bathroom, the curtains were stained, and the toiletries provided were of the cheapest quality. Breakfast was by far the worst part: almost no options, the food was cold, and completely inedible. Overall, this stay was a huge letdown. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for even a basic standard of comfort and service.

This hotel runs a fraudulent operation. And, as I just found out by opening my 2-week old Booking.com review, they are trying to silence the criticism by threatening to file a law suite. This is beyond pathetic.

I booked it via Booking.com and this is the reason why I won't use this service ever again (most likely, Booking.com's local managers are getting a cut).

I stayed at the property 4 nights in total, had to cancel my second 3 nights booking after paying at the hotel reception because I wanted to get a refund for breakfasts (which, of course, I didn't).
For starters, this hotel is shown as a 5-star hotel on Booking.com. It's not. On other websites and at the property itself it is claiming to be a 4-star hotel. It's not. It's a 3-star hotel, a very mediocre one at best.

At the main page of this hotel at Booking.com, you can see pics of a beach property that is located miles away and literally has no
relation to this hotel whatsoever. Except they offer the hotel guests some fictional discounts for renting overpriced deck chairs there.

Despite the above, 90% of photos you can see on this hotel's main page on Booking.com are the photos of that beach property.
If this is not a definition of a hotel fraud then I don't know what is.

Not sure if this hotel was actually built during the Soviet era and just 'renovated' or constructed from scratch. The point is: it clearly has the spirit of the Soviet Union all over. Everything in this hotel is designed and constructed to make you feel uncomfortable, unpleasant and generally worthless. From the room walls that have zero sound isolation so you can hear everything in the next room (because privacy is the luxury that you don't deserve), to extremely low ceilings that
are shaking when someone on the floor closes a door, to very uncomfortable bed matrasses and pillows (so you wouldn't be able to
relax even in your sleep).
In that light, the price they charge during weekdays looks just ridiculous, the price on weekends is hilariously ridiculous.

The rooms are extremely suffocating as they have no window.

The nice swimming pool doesnt belong to the hotel, its 1 km away, AND you need to pay extra to get in.

The sauna doesnt work.

The fridge in the suite is empty and doesn't work.

They charge 5 star hotel price and serve you with a 2 star service.

Get ready to be scammed!

No normal parking, no cattle in the room, no balcony, rude parking men. It’s not a 5-star hotel
