This is the best place where you can stay in Odessa. The staff is attentive and responsive! The interior and atmosphere are light and pleasant. Clean. The new design repair. Good realtor, good hostess. Everyone is happy. The apartment had everything from shower gel to toilet paper. Lived 17 poversi- were locks with keys on the windows, which is especially harmful to children.

We stayed at the Golden Arkadia Apartment for 10 days and were very pleased with this service. The staff is always polite and friendly, fluent in Russian, the room is clean and well maintained with all amenities, Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel, there is a playground and the beach is only 6 minutes walk! Now if we go to Odessa, we will only stay here!

Clean, tidy, cozy, to the sea 700 meters 15 minutes. walk. ATB and Metro are 500 meters away. The bus stop is 300 meters away. Very far from the center 8km .. The room has everything for living and cooking, tiles, glasses, utensils, appliances, jars and pans, refrigerator, air conditioning. The quality of plumbing and decoration in the room leaves the best. Parking is small for a maximum of 3 cars...

Generally ok. Clean, neat. The prices are acceptable. But there are downsides. They couldn’t turn on the hood in the room .., you open the room for ventilation and the cars parked in the yard try to exhaust gases right out the window, there’s nothing to breathe ... There is a stove, but the hood above it has no ventilation, stupidly pulls inside the closet and into the room. .., there is floor heating...

They called back and said there were no rooms (although there are several free ones and we chose to have parking nearby) there is another hotel with the same rooms. Nice spot tucked away in quiet alley. Good location. Awesome futuristic rooms with great mood and heated floors. Smashed my head continuously on the water tank over the toilet. Did our laundry for 100 UAH.

Great price, even if to compare with a bed dormitory in a hostel, fantastic room, height floors (even though we had a suite under the roof), and perfect location - you live in a middle of a Odesa heart. I will definitely come back here on my next trip to Odesa, and will offer this place foe everyone.
