We stayed at the Golden Arkadia Apartment for 10 days and were very pleased with this service. The staff is always polite and friendly, fluent in Russian, the room is clean and well maintained with all amenities, Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel, there is a playground and the beach is only 6 minutes walk! Now if we go to Odessa, we will only stay here!

Cozy hotel, cozy small rooms, clean, helpful administrators. On the 3rd floor there are low ceilings, so people with a height of 185+ may feel uncomfortable, it is better to check with the administrator about this moment.
