Gotel-restoran "Olesya" in Berehove

Three adults and a child stayed for one night. Since we are not staying here for the first time, we have some experience using this hotel. Delicious breakfasts with a wide selection of dishes that are included in the cost of accommodation. There are no critical comments about the rooms, but some representatives of the administration are terrible. When checking in, the girl at the reception took my passport for copying and did not return it to us. Since I was very tired after a long journey, of course it is my fault that I did not remember to return it. But in the end, after returning home (four days later), I discovered that my passport was missing and remembered that I had last used it at Olesya. During this period, no one called from Olesya and did not inform me that my passport was with them. On Friday, I called Olesya and asked to return my passport. To which I received an answer that we would send it, but maybe tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow. Today is already Tuesday, that is, a week has passed, and no one has sent anything to my name yet. Called yesterday, the answer - we have already sent and hung up. Called today, inadequate shouting and hanging up. It is surprising that such behavior is inherent in the owner of the hotel, as she introduced herself. The girls at the reception speak more tactfully, unlike the owner. COMPLETELY INADEQUATE ATTITUDE towards customers. As a result, they blocked my number and I still don't have my passport. There is no shipment in my name at Nova Poshta and it has not been sent. They did not provide a declaration number. We will wait another day or two and contact the police, as there are certain signs of fraudulent actions. I have no desire to return and use their services. I do not recommend it.

Booked a room through Booking, called back to the hotel to confirm. They said that everything was ok. Upon arrival, it turned out that they could not find our reservation. The most unpleasant thing is the inappropriate behavior of the host. There can be any failure in the booking systems, it is a life situation, but no one tried to fix something or calmly check the situation, and we heard only inadequate screams, beating hands on the table, it seemed that the person is not in himself. When asked to call someone more balanced and competent, they heard that she is the owner of this hotel (so she introduced herself as "who else do you need") They found housing, of course, different. We will never recommend this place to anyone.
