Friendly staff and great pool. The cafe badly needs to keep the refrigerator plugged in so guests can enjoy cold drinks on a hot summer day.

We ordered a vat for 2 hours. The water in the vat gradually heated up. When we arrived, the water was warm, but after 15 minutes it was already about 40-42 degrees. There were problems with the room booking, the manager promptly corrected. The hotel is decent, the manager skillfully copes with situations.

18.11.2020 pleasant surprise.Even dont understand the low rating at booking.Big complex right behind the border with some soviet charme,but-clean,spacious room,very friendly staff and even own brewery...and this for 25 Euros for s single room in low season...nothing to complaint about!

We were there for 4 days in May, standard room. Window to the sky, spacious, clean, modest, but everything you need was there. As for the food - everything is relative, the necessary food was fresh. I went to Vladimir for a massage, a former athlete, master of sports. He cured my back! Thank you SO MUCH! The location is wonderful, there are other gardens and huts nearby, if anyone wants, you can eat...

Wifi coverage is terrible, and cell coverage is spotty. The hot tub temperature is inconsistent - either a luke warm 35 or scalding 50. The pool is amazing, and the sauna is great - stream room, Finnish, or infrared. Clean, spacious locker rooms, plenty of outdoor and indoor activities. Playground for the kids, pleasant walks and hikes nearby.

Very friendly, helpful and polite people working in this place, but it isn't 4*. Clean bedding, but very poor mattress. As it is located in the tiny town, it's probably good enough for this area, but you can't expect to get the same level of service as in proper hotel. Area surrounding the site looks very poor and the road leading up to it just a dirt track with the big puddles after the rain

A hotel in the heart of the Carpathians on the banks of a mountain river. The rooms are very spacious, clean, polite and helpful staff. Stunning view from the window! Buffet is included in the price. The reception works unsurpassed! You will really feel the care and desire to help. However, for the restaurant, if you pay for access to the Swedish line, you can only get soup, arriving only half an hour later in the 1.5-hour meal window. So, you may need supplies! Also, when under load, the medical department does not always calculate the compliance of its resources to the request of visitors....

Both inside and outside pools are quite small, food is okay pilmeni and also many times soups were "out of stock", most renting bicycles are old and not smooth to ride, the gym here is very old and not well cared. Wifi is terrible! Very slow and unreachable other then that it's a nice place.

A nice walk + lunch place. You leave a car by the entrance and then walk in peace, no cars drive through the resort. We counted a lot on advertised activities and therefore were a tad disappointed. Tried horse riding and archery and both were super gimmicky. Zip line is 14 y.o.+ which was a disappointment for our younger kid, swimming pool is really tiny. We had lunch at Kolyba and it was good.

Amazing stay! From the cozy cottage to the brand new restaurant, Hungry Trout, (I think is how it translates) to the endless amount of things to do outside for my son, all in the beauty of the forest. Didn't get a chance to use the spa, but the indoor pool looked great! Definitely recommend for a relaxing stay with the family. New outdoor pool should be complete by the summer... we'll be back!

We really enjoyed the stay in Voevodyno with my family. The territory is large and beautiful, there are many places where one can go and enjoy the nature. They also organize activities for guests and their children. There is even a small skiing hill, perfect for beginners. On a bad side, the sofa in our family suite was very dirty. I hope the management will react and clean it or change it.
