The rooms were clean, cosy and well-maintained. The staff truly stood out. They were incredibly lovely, friendly and always willing to help with a smile.

Amazing hotel in a great location will definitely be coming back. Rooms are clean. Staff are really friendly.

Everything is quite good, although their is a bar downstairs which might be noisy sometimes

Lady at reception was nice but a bit standoffish. Room was freezing when we arrived. Although being on the top floor, we were kept awake by the nightclub and people leaving at 4am. Then when that ended, we were kept awake until 6am with loud, bass music. When booking the nightclub isn’t stated as being open until 4am. Really disappointed and not worth the money paid.

Great place along the promenade, offering amazing sunrise/sunset and sea views. A short stroll to Pier, Pavillion and city centre. Room was a little on the small side, but provided what we needed for our stay.

I arrived 5hrs early and the manager let me book in free of charge. The room was spot on,clean with lots of free coffee/Tea,towels and a great sea view.5mins from town centre.Very good local transport links. Bed was extremely comfortable. Sfaff were very friendly and amenable. I will have no reservations in booking this hotel again and will recommend it to family/friends.

Did not have breakfast. Room spotless. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shopping and restaurants are very close by. Excellent view of the pier an sea. Would stay again.

The Reception staff was very welcoming and sincere. The hotel is centrally located to all of the Restaurants and bars.

Staff were friendly but the Check in was like a faulty towers sketch, room was a bit bland but ok, in room kettle scaled up, cups not cleaned properly. Shower was good with nice smelling toiletries. The bar on the hotel is closed Very good proximity to the beach and sealife etc, After spending the previous night at a neighboring hotel, this didnt hit the same standard for the money paid.

Helpful and polite staff. Easy street parking, and we were surprised by this, given how busy it was. Given that it was much cheaper than a lot, i looked at . It was good value , and clean .

The staff were very welcoming, I appreciated the lift. I had everything I needed to have a comfortable night.
